THIS IS A SCAM---DO NOT PURCHASE PC MAX ANTIVIRUS SOFTWARE!!! Their phone reps will convince you that whatever antivirus protection you have is not doing enough to protect you and not compatible with your operating system. I fell for this scam but quickly determined that this company is a fraud: they post fake reviews online (check it out---on one review website, out of 295 reviews, 294 gave 5 stars while only 1 review gave 1 star) and their antivirus software actually downloaded malware to my computer and turned off the firewall. I have begun the process of filing complaints with the FTC, FCC, BBB and Business Consumer Alliance. DO NOT ALLOW THIS COMPANY ANYWHERE NEAR YOUR COMPUTER OR FINANCIAL INFORMATION.

All technicians were very thorough and patient. They responded to my questions with expertise and in terms I could understand.

This is a SCAM. Do not trust Nishkul Technologies. You may receive some sort of pop-up notification about anti-virus software, a virus called Clampi or something else on your computer, and/or a phone call. Theyll then ask for your credit card number and/or may remote into your computer. Finally, theyll make the original pop-up notification go away to make it look as if theyve fixed your computer, but really they planted that notification so that they could fix it as a subterfuge/trick to cover their tracks so you dont suspect it was ever a scam to begin with. Remember: If something doesnt feel right, it probably isnt. Even if you dont trust THIS review, before you do anything else, please at least try to verify the authenticity of Nishkul Technologies with another trusted party (like someone you know thats knowledgeable about technology or an Information Technology (IT) professional like Best Buys Geek Squad) or use your preferred search engine like Google or Bing to find other reviews on Nishkul Technologies (many of which will be poorly written 5 star reviews that are fake, but some of which will be intelligible 1 star reviews warning of this scam). Good luck! And if youre reading this from Nishkul Technologies: please stop taking advantage of unsuspecting victims.
