The team did an excellent job of mold removal for our house. From initial communication, to bids, scheduling and getting it all done, everything was very clear, professional, and efficient. They are a excellent team to work with. Highly recommend.

We hired Roys carpet cleaners to clean our basement and the runner on our main steps, and they were great! The runner and the basement carpet were really really dirty and they got stains out and cleaned it beautifully. They werent kidding when they said theyd make it look like new! before they came we thought wed have to replace it because of the heavy traffic and spills. To top it off, the price was very reasonable! great service and very friendly! Id highly recommend them!

Well, that was a disappointment.First, they quoted price X. Explicitly saying free pick up and delivery. Great.They came (on time, so thats one positive thing), and said something to the effect of that price is for on-site cleaning, if you want us to take the rug, its 2X.Ill be charitable, and attribute that to poor communication skills and not a deliberate bait and switch tactic.So my husband agreed to pay twice the quoted price, just so they take the rug with them.Now the rug is back (on time, kudos), and its... Passably cleaned. But not as white and fluffy as we hoped. Its sorta OK, kinda not really dirty.Definitely not recommendeing.

Roys Restoration RESPONDED promptly to my request and gave a fair quote for a difficult job. They called me few min before arrived and were very professional, courteous, worked very hard, cleaned up and were gone in an hour. I highly recommend them. They are a GOOD TEAM to work with.

This company works with a high degree of INTEGRITY! We had a leak in a pipe, and I was concerned that mold had accumulated even though we caught the leak fairly quickly. They came out to perform an assessment. They arrived right on time and after surveying the ceiling in question (using his mold-o-meter gadget:) determined that there was no mold and that our ceiling is strictly in need of standard repair. They also educated me in the process which I greatly appreciated. Five stars and then some for Roys Restoration!!

Would NOT recommend this company to anyone! They gave me a $1200 price tag during the real estate transaction on my new home and then told me it would not be done for less than $1600 after we closed. I tried to contact the person directly who approved the $1200 job and they gave me a non-working phone number. They now refuse to take my calls, and will not return messages from the real estate agent involved with the original estimate. Horrible business practice, inconsistent pricing, and complete disregard for good customer service.

I Would defiantly recommend mold removal Boston company . They came to my house they inspect exact where the moisture came from and what is related to. They basically solved two issues in one visit. They removed the old sheetrock that affected with the mold.they clean also all open stud.they even put back all the walls back.and Restore my House back like Nothing happened . i can also tell they did good job by the way how my dotghter get back to her self and she can breath nicly and healtyer and much cleaner Air.Mold Removal Boston Work Hard, the price are Very reasonable .
