Upgraded from Nissan Sentra to Infinity Q60 for same price!

I use national exclusively. I always receive top notch customer service. From the booking to the easy return process, its always effortless. Even better, the fleet is great. I rent a few times a month and enjoy driving cars equal to and in many cases better than my personal car (ie Maserati Levante, BMW X7 and Audi A6). On my way to Florida as i write this review, hope there is a corvette available...

Fantastic experience - Brandon at the Prudential Mall (Boston, MA) Enterprise/National branch was very helpful and went out of his way to make sure I got the car that I needed.

The staff here were very friendly and went above and beyond in providing the type of car we were looking for. As a loyal National customer, I was a little worried that the lack of Emerald Aisle access would lead to a poorer choice of vehicle or overall experience. But I can happily report that I honestly had a better experience here than nearly anywhere else Ive rented. Great job to the team at this location. I highly recommend it!

The gentleman that helped me provided outstanding customer service to the point I felt he was my friend. We talked about the goods and what I could potentially get that was better. He ensured me that I had everything I needed and recommended things he thought I should get. I would recommend this location over the airport as the rental rates are cheaper, staff is great, and they have the Emerald Aisle Service. Youve won me National thanks to the friendly gent and the exciting trip my friends and I got to have in a new 2018 GMC! Cheers!

The access to the building was under a lot of construction, so the office was difficult to find. Once I did find them they were super busy but everyone was cheerful and moving at a pace that was appropriate. I was quickly attended to and my reservation was readily available . . . total of 10 minutes to get my car. Nice job!

We booked a 7-seater minivan and checked in at Boston Prudential Centre National Car Rental - check-in was very efficient, minivan was ready, with 3 child car seats included at no extra cost. Drop-off after office hour was very convenient. We are very satisfied with the service.

Excellent customer service. We were in and out quickly. They were quite polite. The car was in great shape and the price was very fair. We returned the car a bit later than expected and had to do an after hours drop off. The staff called the next day to say they had gotten the car ok and everything was fine with it. He even told us not to worry about returning it late and didnt add to the bill.

The staff at this location were very friendly and helpful. The exact vehicle I ordered was ready to go and I was out with very little delay. Only problem with this location is finding the rental office (its in the lower-level of Prudential Center).

My only gripe is finding the office. For those not familiar with the area, youre better off walking into the parking garage at ground level near PF Changs and following the Enterprise/National signs.Customer service was exceptional, paperwork was already printed, car was ready to go!

Straightforward and quick rent process. No hidden fees. After office hour, still have staffs on duty to process the return.

Staff were very helpful and friendly and the location was convenient for me. Also close to the T station. It was difficult to see whether the car had any dings or scratches because the cars are in a parking garage and the light is not great. But I did not get charged for any damage (and I dont think I caused any). On a rainy day though it is nice to pick up the car inside.My only complaint with the car was that the drivers windshield wiper was cracked which caused it to work poorly. Didnt discover that until I was on my way out of town. Ended up replacing it myself. Better to spend $10 than to have an accident because I couldnt see.Would rent there again if in the area.

Other than finding the place in the bowels of the Prudential Center, it could not have been a better experience. From the easy check-in/check-out to the brand new car it was an easy experience. Even a last-minute extension of our rental drop-off was not an issue.

I will likely not use National again, unless there is no other option. When checking in at Boston Prudential Center, the employees there did not know how to use National software (since Enterprise and National merged, they were Enterprise employees), so I had to wait 20 mins for a manager to check in. Once checked in, they took me out to get the FULL SIZE I had reserved, and they had two options: something that looked like a repossessed Amazon delivery truck, and a compact hatchback. The employee basically told me to deal with it.

Good first experience with National. Back Bay location was close to multiple hotels, staff was friendly/helpful and we were able to drop off after hours when we got back to Boston.

Staff are very helpful, but the car selection is not the best and they always come without a full tank of gas which either leaves me with not enough gas to get where I need to go, or trying to figure out when Ive put enough gas to get to 2/3rds. Location does make up for most of the issues though.

Love the benefits of the club membership, convenience of the location, the friendly staff who knows how to make the rental process a painless and pleasant experience.

Its fine but you dont really pick your car and it is impossible to find.

The cars are usually very clean, but the rental I had was wet and had tree pollen on the windows. I had to stop at a gas station to wipe off the back window.My rental was from noon to noon the next day. The invoice started my rental at 7:30 am, I was charged for 2 days instead of one because the rental statement started at 7:30. Not a happy customer.

The customer service is great prices are so reasonable I just refer 4 people to them cause Im such a satisfied customers
