I landed here at 5am on a stopover from tel Aviv onwards to New York . The airport was nice and spacious and the facilities were very clean . However the people I delt with were very rude and the customer service was below average . It also took a while for the luggage to come out and TSA was an interesting experience . However I wouldnt hesitate to fly with through here again due to a beautiful airport and all around pretty good experience

This Logan airport car rental center is great. All car rental companies in one building. No more car rental shuttle buses. Take the massport shuttle from any of the terminals right to the car rental building. and the same when you return the car. Even the silver line bus from South station goes there. This is the best thing massport ever did.

Very unfriendly,not willing to help. Called in advance to ensure my card was accepted for rental, as I try to pick up rental my card was not read by system agent refused to try it more then once! Got me stranded without a car!Poor service ! Card worked everywhere else on same day and next day. 0 stars !!!

I had a reservation with enterprise. Apparently there have been some rule changes and I was told I couldnt secure my rental. After going outside to call a non airport location I found them all closed. I went back in and spoke with the manager. He was a great guy. Listened to my situation and made it work out. I wish I took down his name, because Id thank him personally for his professionalism.

For a major city airport this place is super easy to get around, and really quite efficiently laid out. Lots of neat shops on the broad well lit and clean corridors, prices arent even too bad considering normal airport gouging techniques. An overall pleasant experience awaits the novice traveler, and a sigh of relief will be given by an experienced plane hopper.

In and out in no time. Got patted down by security, didnt even have so much as a metal belt on...so it sure about the accuracy of the detectors, but better safe than sorry! Security was very polite and quick. The organization and the size of it was impressive.

Air travel today is difficult no matter where you are. Everyone we met were kind and considerate. The airport is extremely busy. To check our bag on Delta took well over 30 minutes. The TSA lines were also long. The rest rooms were clean...much appreciated. There was a lot of travelers no matter the time of day. The road traffic was a nightmare.

Been flying here almost monthly for 8 years. Not sure why by rental car shuttles are now taking up to 10 minutes to arrive and are often so full people cannot even get on. Other shuttles seem to arrive every 2-3 minutes. Last trip there were about 200 people waiting on rental car shuttles and it took about 20-25 minutes for me to get on one.

Went to rent a car at Alamo and Nicole helped me find a specific car I was looking for. I loved the rental and the service.

The airport is nice and easy to get around. The shuttle to rental car center is inefficient not enough buses. Mine was packed and about 10 people had to wait for the next bus.

To refuel your rental car before returning it, follow airport signs for Terminal E, Economy Fuel, and go to the Gulf station and convenience store. From there, follow signs to rental return. Lots of turns and forks in the airport road but they are clearly marked.

Great place near airport for renting card. All major Rental car companies have their stall. Cheap and good classes of cars are also available.Overall Nice

Nice but if the traffic and commute times in Boston and Cambridge are crazy, so check current road conditions to be on the safe side!

Enterprise gave me a brand nee car with 13 miles on it and was a breeze picking up and returning. Good job Enterprise, just quit trying to upsell me everytime I rent from you.

Logan Airport has done the same thing as every other major American airport, build a nice consolidated rental car facility remotely located. This one is clean and nice and very user friendly when there. The only thing I dont like is the bus to get there is a bit confusing, because it isnt a dedicated rental car shuttle. It is just a stop in the normal airport shuttle. I did like that the bus made the announcement that Massachusetts is now all electronic tolls. Some the rental places may not tell you that, and you may say you dont need an ezpass. If getting to and from this facility was easier I would give it a 5...

Like all big cities, the airport is a mess. But, security went fast. Kind of hard to figure out the bus system for moving between terminals, but it does work. The rental car terminal is a long ride from Terminal A.

TSA agents rude .

One of the best airports in the areas. It is a great example of great infrastructure and planning. Nicely defined terminals. Big central parking lot. A dedicated Transport Network Company Parking lot. Then every terminal has its own TNC pickup lots. It is very easy for customers to go in and out of airport. Great service by state troopers and Massport staff.

I had a pleasant experience. The staff was helpful. My car rental experience was straight forward coming in and out. I would rent from hertz again.

Very close to the airport and accessible with a free shuttle bus from right outside the terminal. Collection is quick and easy whenever I have hired a car here (from avis).

TSA was terrible. The worst of the 10 airports I frequent.

Very efficient. We were first given a car that smelled of heavy smoke but were quicky given a good car that smelled good. Great service.

Map directions to rental car garage were wrong! But signage was very good otherwise I would have missed my transfer. Car return was slightly confusing. You just leave the keys in the car and walk away. No live person checks you in, a sign of the times. My 2 star rating is only based on the wrong directions, everything else was good.

This airport is very old. It shows where ever you walk to, but has its charm.

Long lines but it went fast. Very efficient and super friendly.

My flight departs in terminal B of this airport. The airport is very confusing and congested. The security check time takes very long as it is one of the busiest airport. After a long wait at terminal B, we are asked to cross over the road and go to terminal B1 for security check and get interconnected to terminal B. There are long lines at coffee shops and restaurants in this terminal. The rest rooms are not clean.

Honestly I dont see where people are saying they are good at all when I arrived there where no cars only mini vans and trucks I was forced to pay 100 a day. Which I only pay around 60 to 70 in any other state Ive been too and even though the company I went with said they partnered with enterprise(which was right next to them yet enterprise said they were out of cars ) not to mention the 20 min wait just to get on the bus to get there. To sum up crappy location, crappy service, and crappy prices. But what can you do when its pretty much the only service available.

My experience at Logan Airport was actually very good. Having TSA Pre-check, I got through security very quickly. I did notice, though, that those who were not fortunate enough to get this status were waiting in a line that looked like the wraparound lines at Disneyworld.After getting through, the gate areas are pretty great. There are plenty of comfortable seats, many with tables next to them. Unlike what Im used to, they have plugs at every seat. In these days, when everyone brings cell phones, tablets, and laptops, the availability of these should be something other airports take note of.Logan is clean and comfortable. They have ample shops, restaurants, and bars. For an airport, it was not a bad experience at all.

The got chocolate was so good that the slower service (4 starts) for back up to 5 stars

What a busy airport. Poorly organized shuttle service for the rental car. Communications posted were confusing and conflicting. Luckily a seasoned traveler to this airport guided us. Heres a clue, all blue shuttles go to a single rental car hub for all companies despite what is posted.

Massport busses are a little slow but otherwise ok

We left a very important duffle bag in the car and it was returned promptly. Thank you soooo much.

Great selection of vehicles, most times. Friendly staff and fast service. I use the app to check out my car. Also, if you keep right there are a few more executive vehicles to choose from. I had the Ford Expedition XL last time, what a great SUV! Auto retractable running boards, all leather interior, navigation, twin turbo Ecoboost V6, 0-60 MPH in 6 seconds, power folding 2nd and 3rd row seats, leg sensor to open back hatch handsfree, awesome stereo system, panoramic sunroof, remote start, 4WD, tight turning radius, AC and Heated seats, heated steering wheel, maybe some more I forgot. Very happy with it, but I think I will try a Volkswagen Atlas next time.

Massively annoying to find, especially as someone who isnt from Boston. They desperately need better signage and directions. Plus, the while Logan bus system is hopelessly confusing.

Google takes you to the wrong entrance. You have to be a speed reader to read the signs if you can find them. Not what you want to do when going to the airport.

Have been waiting over 30 minutes for the shuttle to arrive. Supposedly there was a 7 minute wait according to the information monitor but it never arrived. Now its supposedly due to arrive arrived its still not here. Tried calling the center but there is no number. Called logan airport number and was transferred to a voicemail. Horrible service!

Shuttle easy to find at the airport. But glad that we had preferred status. The line was horrendously long.

Good signage with clear directions to your rental agency. Ignore Google maps until the new maps have been recharted.

Terrible service when you need to return the car, they say 24h service but there isnt any employee to give us information or directions...terrible traffic around the area if you are doing at midnight forget about we spent almost 2h trying to return our car... never you do it again!

Lord this is a rough airport. If you can, try connecting in Manchester. Not the best at anything. Likely needs to be leveled and rebuilt.
