This company is a walking talking prevarication of a company. They are uncaring and unsupported. I can see why they only have one star π and that is being generous. They have people who answer the phones there make an India response center look great. You can tell by the names of their workers the care that goes into their hiring practices...the place is a poor attempt at being a business and they have no professionalism at all
This company should be closed, shut down immedietly. A full investigation needs to be made as to why individuals are not being paid contracted hours. I work hard, with individuals that are disableld. I have contacted legal help, This is not over- this company will be held accountable!
The Google maps is excellent it helps me locate a lot of places that I didnt know how to get to
When I read all the exceptional accolades PPL bestowed upon itself my first thought was this was a joke and not a particularly funny one. They claim to pay caregivers on time? They make sure caregivers are paid in full.It would be great if these claims were even slightly true. PPL over the course of the past 5 years has shorted my caregiver more than $20,000.00.They arent even willing to have an open discussion to try and resolve the issues.The proof of what Im saying can be seen in these reviews.ppl doesnt deserve even 1 star. But thats their price for leaving a review.My caregiver puts in the time but gets shorted. hours. its hard to fathoms that any ppl employee ever puts in 20 hours a week. But they would not tolerate being cheated. Too bad the dont treat others the.Id better stop, my review could go on indefinitely.What is even sadder is I doubt anything will change.
Do not use this company to handle your payroll. They have the worst customer service, and frequently rude staff. Agents cannot resolve any problems, and will hang up on you when they realize they canβt give you an answer, and you continue to demand help with getting paid on time and the correct amount. Been having problems with them for about 6 years. IT glitches in the payroll system have still not been fixed. They give you case number after case number for problems and do not call you back. Supervisors are just as useless as the agents. They have a contract with the government agencies and medical programs and can careless about how they conduct business. Virtually unresponsive and inefficient.

The services we have received has been incompetent. Each agent takes a different position on the same question, advice that a case is opened often results in the matter just sitting without being sent for action, hold times are very long and then call backs dont happen as promised and some agents do not understand the issues. To make matters worse, you have not been able to find an email from the State of NJ, CARI Division, confirming that our employee is cleared to work - this has gone on since May. I had to contact the CARI Legal Department at the State of NJ to find out the CARI check was completed and a good to work email issued to Public Partnerships. So what does Public Partnerships do - just send me another invitation to complete the CARI all over again. This is outrageous and shameful especially when people with disabilities are relying on you during this terrible pandemic.
Its very upsetting to hear all the compliments about payroll. For 3 years they have been screwing mine up. Always a run around. I call everyday for weeks and leave a call back number because noone answers the freaking PHONE EVER. Im on week 2 of leaving my number 10 times a day and still no return number. Im going to talk with my participant and see about changing companies. This is a horrible way to run a business.
I worked on and off for this company for years! From 2019 into 2020 working for them was a nightmare. I would clock in 48 hours biweekly and they decided to pay out much less. Ranging from 30 to 19 hours. They owe me hours still! Not to mention any time I ever had problems you can never get someone on the phone immediately! Public partnerships is a poor run facility and they take money from the working class!!
This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Not only is my check nearly 10 days late, but every time I call to get information I received totally different answers. I called back today to find out where my check was, the representative spoke over the top of me, and when I asked to speak to a supervisor she said no and hung up on me. I really donβt understand how a company can get away with screwing up and withholding so many employee paychecks. Hello paychecks are kind of important to peopleβs survival.
PUBLIC PARTNERSHIPS HAS NOT PAID ME MY BACK MONEY THAT IS OWED FOR 3 months. THEY HAVE NOT GOTTEN ME MY MONEY. ONCE AGAIN THEY ARE LATE ON MY CHECKS THAT I NEED ASAP FOR BILLS. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY
On June 14, 2019 my direct deposit that had been switched by someone there. I have been getting paper checks for the past 4 payroll. No one there can explain what happened but yet my bank keep hitting me with late fees do to my direct deposit not being available. Each week I get told something else and my direct deposit has been set up since 2015. No one is willing to reimburse me for the late fees.
I was told they hire within 2 weeks when I filled out the paper work. Now they tell me 30 days to get a Good To Go Date. And the caregivers have to go through an orientation that PPL schedules at their leisure before they can even start. And in March 2019 they have to register online with another company or the DCW can not work. Today I have been on the phone for 4 hrs !!!!! To get answers on why my DWC worker can not put his time in, and that I was mailed a Participants hiring info instead of mine !!!

I cant get a my own home care person hired to come help me as they promised. they have been giving my home care worker the ring around with paperwork, background checks, etc. I have called and asked for a supervisor numerous times and have yet to hear from anyone. the codes they have been giving us are bogus. I do not understand why they wouldnt want to get my personal care worker in here to help me!! can anyone help me in regards to this ?

I have just started with this company and am VERY disappointed. I was hired as a home care attendant and was told that it would take approximately 2 weeks to obtain an employee number in order to fax in my time sheet. I have been working since April 27th and have yet to get my number. I have found it is impossible to talk with anyone directly. When calling the 866 number, you get a recording to leave your name and number and your call will be returned. You will get a return call but the person says their name so fast you cannot understand them and all they say is call back. Same circle - recorded message, leave name and number. I have done this 3 times and have yet to talk to a real person. Save your time and energy and do not work for these unreachable people.
Very unprofessional customer service in every division of the corp; ineffective listeners, do not offer solutions, argumentative staff that lacks professionalism in every aspect; staff claims not to know the answer and has no desire to help in any way or shape; staff is very quick to transfer calls to ques line with classical music that no one answers and after a long waiting you will a message to leave a message for someone to call you back.For more than two hours dialed all kinds of numbers that get me to no where. Very horrible and irresponsible corporate behavior. I would not give them one star, but the posting system requires a minimum of a star.
DO NOT, REPEAT, DO NOT choose this company to handle your payroll!! I have been using them for a year because my state contracted them, and they have not entered my tax information properly and I had to pay taxes because of their errors! They are still not taking my city taxes out of my check after telling them for a whole year. They have stated they have also lost my paperwork. They lost my paperwork that has my social security number on it??!!!!!
The customer service reps are oblivious to everything. They just beat around the bush and keep transferring you in a circle of agony.
Is there minus stars? These are the most incompetent bunch of people that I have ever dealt with. We have sent paperwork to them 4 times, they fail to receive these papers.
Unreal that you can never speak with a supervisor and they always screw up your paycheck
