It has been chaos working with them at our apartment community. There are too many different people in different departments and they do not communicate to each other. Every time they call it is a number from TX and nowhere local to New England. We are always being told different things and they do not properly communicate with their client/occupant as well. I do not recommend working with them as a landlord.

This address belongs to AVA theater district. They are the landlord and the sole landlord in this apartment building.
