Terrible terrible customer service and experience I regret ever stepping foot in this establishment. My daughter was turning 15 I went to make an appointment. Sad reality when the pandemic hit us so when they opened we went to go get refund cause we where not going to do a party anymore. They told us if we wanted different pictures we said no cause of the pandemic. We asked for our money back but they said they could only give us half of what we paid for as if it was our fault that there is pandemic going on.

Never recommend, they arent professional. I paid for small size pic. They made different size. Very simple issue even though i never like behavior

We came as a family of 10 and we had to do two different scenes, the guys were so patient and captured so many great photos/moments! I will be going back soon.
