Kobus was the only tech store in the Shreveport/Bossier area that would take a look at my motherboard. They provided quick and excelent service and stayed in close contact with me the entire time. I am able to write this review on my PC because of them. I would definitely recomend Kobuss services to anyone!

A very wonderful experience. I screwed up setting up my new computer and thought it was done for on day 1. They ran a free diagnostic for me, fixed my screw up, and made my computer more accessible for my school studies all for a very VERY affordable price thats worth it. Great Service, Great Price!The people that work here are extremely friendly and knowledgable! They are the absolute cheapest around! I was charged $90 less than other places quoted me for a fan replacement on my HP Pavillion Laptop. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again in the future!

They got the job done, though less professionally than I would have expected. Very friendly, knowledgeable, but when I came back in to pick up my computer, they forgot to put it back in the box I brought it in, forgot to give me back the OS install disk I had provided them with, and they had replaced several of the original thumb screws on the case with different ones. All minor problems, but certainly not what I would call professional work. They were very apologetic and assured me this is not how they do business.

I am totally challenged when it comes to Technology. The staff at Kobus Technologies were so patient,and, willing to answer all my questions. Daniel W. was very knowledgeable in helping me set up my new Lenovo Android. Daniel B. is assisting my husband in cleaning up and bringing his Laptop up to date. Ron and Lisa the owners are always cordial and eager to assist their customers.

Great computer company

Kobus analyzed my custom computer when I was having all kinds of errors. They replaced my motherboard; problem solved. This was my first time using a computer service and was pleasantly surprised how reasonable their charge was for it.

The staff at Kobus are very informative and knowledgable. Ive taken two of my laptops to them and they go above and beyond to take care of you. They have a genuine care for your needs and make sure that you will get the best thing that works for you. I will always take my computer/accessories to Kobus over the Geek Squad any day!

Took my laptop in for repair today . 10/8/16 Tech went over the top to help repair. Contacted Dell for further instructions. Dell is send Kobus a return box to ship back to dell. Tech said He will handle all the returns and notify Me when He gets it back from Dell ..Kudos to Tech and Kobus for over the top service. Thanks Wray CarterI will follow up in a few week when all is done.
