Quick. Pleasant. Priced right! They could do with a couple more dryers. Vehicle doesnt dry completely so road dust mixes with it and you need another one the next day. Hot a new me, maybe she can get some additional ones, or replace the old ones.

Most of the vacuums weren’t hooked up or didn’t work. The one I found that worked hardly sucked anything up. The car isn’t clean on the outside either. I’m guessing I paid $16 just to write this review. I won’t ever be back.

Recently visited Zips and was promptly greeted by Jonathan. Very professional and extremely informative. Jonathan was by himself and still keep his composure. While attending to me Jonathan assisted cars into the car wash and answered other customers that had questions. Will return often and highly recommend Jonathan as a valued employee!

She makes sure that my entire car is scrubbed, and ready to be washed. I’ve had several times that I couldn’t get the scanner bar to open, and she is always there smiling and ready to help!! My husband pays for my membership here and I love it. I use the location on Barksdale sometimes, but this one is my favorite! The customer service is great. Especially the guy with long hair. He always goes out of his way to make sure I leave feeling satisfied. He always scrubs the back of my vehicle. I will continue to come to this location.

The only complaint I have is the dumb sticker doesnt always pick up the membership... I feel I have to constantly rehit the button numerous times in order for it to freaking work.

Used Zips for a few years now. Bought a brand new truck recently and ran it through this location. Had scuffs and scratches all on the hood and bumper. Manager on site took pictures and I filled out an incident report, was told Id hear back in 72 hours, and its been over a week with no one even attempting to reach out. Ive called the location, Ive called their customer service department, nothing. They clearly dont care about their customers, especially ones who have had memberships with them for years. Apparently if you have a problem they want to ignore it and hope it goes away.

I used this car wash on Sunday morning and I was very impressed. Im seventy six years old, so I have certain limitations that keep me from using certain services. The person who greeted me put my money in for me and was also the person who put me thru the wash. I purchased the ten dollar wash. I was nervous to drive up, so he drove my car into the wash for me. He even approached me in the parking lot while I was vacuuming up all my Werthers Originals wrappers to see if there was anything else he could do for me. What a nice young man.

I have been a member of Zips for almost three years now and this is my favorite location. The staff is always waiting eagerly to assist you as soon as you pull up. Its worth braving Benton Rd or Airline Dr traffic to get there.

I normally used them, they went from good wash to okish. Last time I went the wash was worth 13 dollars and to be quite honest the rain does a better job than the carwash. The girl only spray one side of my car and not the other. The vacuums oh my God where do I start. I switch the lanes 3 times to try to get a descent vacuum and once I realized everyone was doing that on that side I switch to the opposite side just to find out it was even worst. I don’t think I will be back I couldn’t even vacuum my own car.

I went here and I will never go to Zips again. There were still dirty spots all over my truck, none of my rims were clean, the bed of my truck (which I had cleaned out completely 15 minutes earlier) had a half an inch of water and soap suds in it and when I got to the automatic dryer at the end it blew the soap suds all over my truck leaving me with a dripping with truck covered in soap suds.What a complete waste of money....

This location is ok. One worker is really awesome. Hes blonde really upbeat and very helpful. Always smiling. This other dude hes brunette. He halfway sprays your car like he hates even being there. This last time i went he motioned me into the rails to lock my truck in. Then like he was angry slung the spray. Slammed it down walked back inside. The carwash is decent. Sometimes car is still dirty when comes out. May just find new location.

When it was snappy scrubs the prep wash brush was a nice soft and long bristled. The fluid was also fresh. After Zips took over the wash, the fluid looks like dirty water and the brush always appears squashed flat and now is a nasty tough bristle brush. I’ve also noticed they no longer go over the back of the car before entering the wash. I’m not happy with the change. I’m giving 2 stars because my car is less dirty that when I arrive, otherwise the brand appears to offer substandard service.

Didnt clean my windshield and the guy that should have sprayed my car was too busy watching tv on his phone. Waste of money!

Where else can u get a wash for $7?! I only have to touch up the back of my SUV afterwards and don’t have to spend an hour and a half washing it myself. You people that are complaining..... wash it yourself and stop whining. Of course you can go down the road for three times as much.

Their car wash was it very thorough I’ll try to get the guys attention to wash the window front windshield and rear windshield he just barely hit it with a pressure washer still debris and streaks on our windows having to run it through second time wouldn’t recommend this car washed anyone

Ive been with Zips for almost a year now and today I saw an absolutely amazing guy who takes pride in his job. He have a line of cars an I was the fourth car but he took his time and did things to each car to make sure by the end of the wash it would be clean. My car wasnt really as dirty as everyone else but the fact that he made sure each car was prepped before the wash amazes me. The other guy I usually have encounters with just guide me in a move on to the next car. His name is MICHAEL LOGUE. Zips Cash was on Benton Rd Bossier City. I thought everyone should know about this amazing guy....... Great job and thank you

I give a thumbs up to this establishment, the management, and employees who help to make it run smooth/efficiently for my family and friends. Weve been using their services since the day after they opened for business. Anyone who has taken the time to get to know the individuals/Management who run this location or to offer a simple good morning or a hello would be aware just how nice these individuals really are.OH and what a wonderful perk to be allowed FREE access to vacuum cleaners as back in the day (not too long ago) the biggest concern was running out of Quarters before the vacuum would shut off leaving you with a car half vacuumed.Those who are unable to physically get out and hand wash their vehicles, what a wonderful place to have access to. Best car wash and customer service in Bossier!!!!

So annoyed at this place. I was mailed a code for a free wash & figured why not?. First of all, the code didnt even work! I ended up just paying for the wash since I was already there & I knew my car needed it. Secondly, it didnt EVEN CLEAN MY CAR! There was still dirt on the body and on the windows. Its not even like it was caked in mud or anything. So frustrating! Lastly, the freakin vacuums didnt even work properly. The vacuum I parked next to didnt want to pick anything up, it was barely even on. Overall, I would not go there again nor would I recommend.

Very disappointed. Dodnt clean very well- left black streaks on bottom of my car and tried 2 diff vacuums neither of which worked. Gave up and left wont be revisiting this one again...

Went in for a quick car wash to remove slightly dusty car, came out with more water spots than I have ever had from an automatic car wash. Been through the exact same wash location before and never had the poor effects.

After sitting in line for 5 min while the attendant chased his kid around the parking lot, was informed that there was a leak and had to wait for everyone to back out so I could get out.. go somewhere else, this wash seems to always be broken down

This is the closest Zips to my work. I Vacuum out often to keep my car clean! The associate came and made the vacuum suction even better! Super friendly too!

Great customer service! The guys are always really nice and helpful. I love that they have a prep station since I have a crossover, when Ive gone through any carwash it never gets the back right so at least I have a chance to prep it prior to vs other car washes do not have prep stations.

The staff was very helpful. We dont have these type of carwashes where I live and the showed me what to do. So every time Im down that way I stop in and wash my car. My car looked good after the wash. Thanks
