Every time I come to sports clips it is always a welcoming experience! I never leave unsatisfied and they always make me leave with a smile on my face!!

I’m impressed! I took my 9 year old son for a haircut at Sportclips and he had a great experience. He is sensitive to a lot of things and haircuts are usually a nightmare unless I can get him to the woman he’s familiar with in his town. We will be back!

Lady at the front was super rude. I asked for a childs haircut for my son. She snapped well did you make an appt? No mam I didnt know I needed one seeing as the front door says accepts walk ins. She proceeded to tell me well we arent seeing walkins and you need an appt i asked if any for the day left. Again she snapped No you gotta schedule it online and we booked.I get being booked, I really do. But show respect and be respectful to clientele. I WAS a potential customer for future business.. all it took was Yes mam we normally do accept walkins, however we are booked for the day im so sorryHer attitude alone lost my business for good and will go somewhere else to support.

Dont go this place unless you want your haircut looks like a joke!For some reasons, they are always seem in a rush, cut the hair super fast.Really perfunctory!Of course, the hair cuts turn out like junk! And if you questioned about it, they refuse to fix it.The hair stylists need to be more professional!POOR quality! Bad customer service!Dont waste your money and time, and go somewhere else!!

Absolutely RIDICULOUS my husband checked in right as he left the house, got there and proceeded to wait 2 more hours before I called the store asking what was going on when people who came in AFTER him left before he even got seen! 2nd time this has happened. Find a different place to get your hair done. They’re not worth it.

Kayla was awesome. I’m a girl and needed a trim badly. Sports clips is mostly for guys but I needed a trim badly so I went to sports because they were the only place open. My hair feels so much healthier and looks so much better! Recommend this place for he/her❤️

The 4 women working the night of Friday Feb 26 at approximately 545/6 PM were extremely rude. We inconvenienced them when I walked in to get my 2 little boys haircut a little over an hour before closing. There were so rude my children even heard the rude things they were saying about us and talking about us to each other and the other 2 clients that were in there. We ended up leaving as they made me and my children feel very uncomfortable... I will never go back to this location!!!! Very unprofessional and rude.

Second time i have this problem at this site, got there there is only once person i had pre check with app. The other peeson complained that his names was dropped from the list meanwhile I am on top of the list, about 5 people walk in who had not pre registered, they start to called more people that came after me, then I noticed my name has also been dropped from the list, so lost my place in line

When Andy first started cutting my hair, I thought it was going to be way too short. Turned out to be one of the best haircuts Ive gotten in a long time, and Ive been going to the same lady at another Sport Clips for years!

Love getting my haircut there

When I arrived, the waiting area was packed. Despite this, I was in a chair within 10 minutes of waiting. They had adequate staffing and was very friendly. My hair looked great and exceeded my expectations by far. I was offered hair gel in the end. Though I never use hair products, I was impressed and pleased with what was used.

In this new era of COVID-19 this was a different experience! It was still a good visit, although I was not offered a triple play! That was the first time that I was slightly disappointed! But I do understand why.

Came here with my two younger sons (2 & 5). We all three were able to get cuts in less than an hour and the staff didnt grumble and complain about having to cut my kids hair like some other places do. My boys are really good at sitting still and listening to the person cutting hair, so Im sure that helped. If it wasnt so expensive Id probably bring them up here more often.

Honestly have never been more dissatisfied with a hair cut in my life, I asked twice to just fade the sides to even it out and everytime I did there was more and more attitude thrown at me. Then to pay, not even knowing the price of the hair cut was iffy to me, and when I finally found out it was 22 dollars for a normal haircut I was outraged, I couldve gone to the base and gotten a better one for 11 dollars, money is hard to comeby and I thought I would try something different. Never again. Never will I go back to any sports clips ever. If I could go back in time to walk out I would.

Been going there for a haircut since they opened every 2 weeks was first person in line on Saturday morning. Myself and several friends and relatives use Angela and have for a long time. Will not be back after ownership firing her for their own mask policy

Your stylists do a great job! Especially Angela at the Bossier City, LA location on Airline Drive! She is my Go to Girl! Even though we have a difference of opinion of favorite NFL teams, we always have fun. I look forward to my visits with the gals in the shop, as they always seem to make me smile when Ive had a long day.Thanks Ladies!

Sports Clips in Bossier City, La is the best haircutting salon/barber shop in North Louisiana. Shelby and her staff go out of the way to make your visit fun but also give great shampoo head massages and most importantly great hair cuts. I visit regularly with my 4 boys between the ages of 3 and 13, and Shelby and the girls are always so sweet to them even though they can be little heathens. I wish I could give them a 6/5, but I guess thats just not possible..Thank you Shelby and other ladies for being amazing stylists and more importantly for being amazing people!!..

The people are always friendly and knowledgeable about the products they use and sell. I hardly ever have to wait more than 5 to 10 minutes before Im in a stylists chair. The massaging shampoo is always amazing but the steam towel on my face really makes my experience incredible. The consistency of the quality of service is what brings me back every time.

I normally get my hair cut on sunday after church. Be advised this place is normally very busy at that time. I have found it beneficial to check in online. I have always had a good experience here.

Awesome stylists who listen to their customers to meet their wants and needs! If they had a decent tv in the waiting room I wouldve given 5 stars. They have a very large tv but the picture looks like an old negative photo image.

I would have gotten a haircut today but after traveling 45 minutes to get there, I discovered that today they stopped taking customers well before closing. If you advertise being open until 5, dont close at 4:20.....

Shelby is the most amazing hair stylist ever! She is as cool as a pack of peppermints and always has the look for me. She is the only stylist I trust to cut my hair. Shelby makes a connection while keeping it fun and real. The atmosphere at Sports Clips is unlike any other shop Ive been to. The energy is elictrifying and contagious. I truly believe that Shelby is one of the best assets to Sports Clips in Bossier City.

The stylist was wonderful. She cut my hair just the way I like it even though it was my first time here. She also trimmed my beard and was perfect on that also. She engaged in just the right amount of conversation. Was finished in a reasonable amount of time.

Not only will this place jack your hair up but all the employees are primed and ready to argue with you and treat you poorly. I am usually ok with getting a bad haircut because it will grow out in a few weeks and life goes on. What I dont appreciate is the way the employees treat you here. If you decide to go to this dump of a location, harden your heart and prepare for was as this place is a battle ground! I cant speak for the talent of all the stylist only the very loud, rude, and lousy customer service, I can however personally tell you to NEVER EVER EVER get your haircut by Tanya! You are better off cutting your own hair with dull garden shears while blindfolded and falling down a hill. This is MHO.

The MVP hair cut with the hot towel on your face as your hair is washed, while sitting in a massage chair is nothing short of an amazing experience. The staff is very friendly, and down to earth. We were all laughing and talking, definitely going to be my go to from now on.

Horrible. A stylist messed up my hair so badly I look like Frankensteins little brother. This is the second time they have ruined my hair. It is uneven in the front the back is ok but the front looks like two different people who were both blind took turns on my hair. This was a Mexican hairstylist. Not trying to be racist but you guys need to work on your stuff cause now Im DEFINITELY never coming back lol. The 1st time a lady messed up my hair so bad it looked like a stock chart going up down up down up down. Idk if she was new or something but ruined my hair and I had been waiting for 2 months to get it. Ive had other bad times but this is enough. Hire people who go to a school or something not people who work at subway. Thank you
