I went to get and oil change and they recommended 4 new tires due to low tread. I purchased four new cooper tires and the oil change and was on my way fast. Recommend next time your in the area to stop by for tires and oil changes as well as complete shop service.

Ive never had a Nissan vehicle. The KICKS is an awesome ride and I love it! My salesman, Phillip Gumbo Butler, was a super nice guy. Did his best to not make this experience an all day deal. So from the start to finishing up with finance, with Mr. Jacob Wilson, who was absolutely great at his job and very nice also! I would have to give Orr Nissan in Bossier City a 10.5
Just bought my first car, and I was so nervous to do so! Car buying is such a stressful experience, BUT LET ME TELL YOU, Randall made it so stress free. He was so helpful in the whole process and really made it less intimidating. I thought I would just look at cars, go to some other places, look there. But I came in, found a car I LOVED, and was in and out. If you are nervous/intimidated about going car shopping I recommend going to Randall and he will hold your hand through the whole process!
Made appointment over the phone for a recall to be completed. Upon arrival, no appointment could be found with my name. However, the gentleman at the service counter took my information and started the work immediately. I was in and out in a hour. Much appreciated. I plan on coming back for all my other service needs.

My car dealer, Ashley, was extremely helpful, and patient, and polite, and she definitely went above and beyond to help me get into the car I wanted, which is why they get 2 stars and not 1. Despite the friendly and great customer service I received from Ashley, unfortunately the finance and sales team had a problem with being upfront and honest. They lied saying my in house financing would be 1.9% apr, but come to find out they were charging 6%, the online tag of the car was 19999 .. I had a 1500$ trade in and offering 2000$ cash down. at first I was told it would be a 4 yr loan, then they told me a 6 yr loan, a 350$ a month payment. They said tax title and license wouldve been included, but now i doubt That wouldve been true. The math wasnt adding up, the numbers kept changing. So I asked for a buyers order to get my own financing, they give me a 25,000$ buyers order. Without tax title and license included.

Visited this dealership on March 20, 2021. First impression was positive as our Salesperson Bella was courteous, honest, and professional!! Lasting impression……. left me feeling as if I would never visit this dealership again as the sales manager was not customer oriented and lacked integrity! Prior to shopping at this dealership my aunt, uncle and I stopped by the Orr Nissan dealership in Shreveport. We looked at several vehicles and attempted to work out a deal. Orr in Shreveport appraised my auntstrade (inspected and drove the vehicle) and originally offered $2000.00 for her trade. Later increased the trade amount to $2500.00 to make the sale. Not satisfied with the final numbers we decided to continue our search. Fast-Forward to Orr Nissan in Bossier same trade-vehicle and provided with the worksheet from Orr in Shreveport the sales manager at Orr in Bossier informed us he could not offer anything for her trade. So, it left me to wonder did the vehicle depreciate $2000+ dollars on the ride from Shreveport to Bossier?? We left this dealership with no intention of ever returning.On a positive note, my aunt was fortunate enough to find her vehicle of choice in Natchitoches and guess what she received $2000.00 for the same vehicle.

High pressure sales tactics. While talking with someone, this character is going to shout that hes going to need the keys to the truck we were interested in if we didnt close the deal within 30 minutes because he had someone on the way up there to buy it. The truck was still for sale the next day and either the same person or someone else decided to tell our credit union the same exact thing. Still nobody has purchased the truck and we made a trip out of town this weekend to deal with someone that didnt have to stoop to such tactics. Truck (same VIN) also appears on another one of the Orr dealerships in Russellville, AR. What a joke!

I do not recommend this place for repairs. Been getting the runarounds for 3 weeks about my car. I was told they dont offer loaner cars (LIE! I had a friend just got one 2 days after I dropped my car off & had it up to 10 days) Got told my car would be ready Wednesday. After not hearing anything I called on Friday & was told “They haven’t started on it yet” . I only came here because I didn’t feel the car would make it to Shreveport. If something else happens to my car & I feel it won’t make it to Shreveport I would rather pay money to have it towed. This was the worst experience of my life & once I get my car back I will NEVER come here again!!!!

Cameron is still an awesome service supervisor. But I wouldn’t recommend a anyone buying a Nissan. Especially the 2020 Sentras. I have had nothing but issue after issue w this car including the brain/computer that they’ve had to replace due to a manufacturer error & only an 8 month old car. . A huge inconvenience since I’ve bought it & still having issues as we speak. I’m jus very very frustrated & I don’t think after all that’s happened & still happening that I could be happy & satisfied at this point. I do not discredit Cameron tho he’s tried to help from the start.

Abigail in the service department is the jewel of this dealership. If you own a Nissan and you are about to receive bad news that your car is a lemon, you want Abigail to be the one to tell you. Dealers are not too aggressive, but their supervisor is the stereotypical used car salesman Beta male type that makes you want to throw away the last 3 hours youve spent with your dealer and go somewhere else.

I bought my vehicle from a different dealership and had to have a key reprogrammed. Everyone was so friendly and very helpful. I had my 1 week old grand daughter in the backseat and they handled everything quickly so I wouldn’t have to take her out. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Cleveland and Adam. Went there Saturday to see about a 2016 Ram. General manager and salesman said they were going to see if they could work out something with the bank and would call me Monday. Its Wednesday and have heard nothing. Im not chasing anybody over a vehicle. Its way too many dealership out here.Additional note:. Just called you guys. You all are truly an incompetent dealership. You had no information on me when I called and didnt know why I called. How are you guys still in business. It would be sad if it was not funny.
The Dealer we dealt with by the name of Connor had a great personality and was nice. What the dealership lacked was the ambition to be 100% honest with us on the vehicles we were interested in and actually purchased. Connor did everything he was able to with what he new. In purchasing the cash car we chose, major issues with the car presented itself the next day. Taking the vehicle home that night, we observed shaking with the car being the only problem at the time. On an attempt to go back to the dealership for a wash not far from home, the gear switched to Neutral and eventually switched back to drive. Went back home to avoid any more major problems on the highway. Tried to get the issue resolved with the dealership and only got offer to finance another car (what we wanted to avoid) or get another car for close to the same price (they didn’t have) and no money back at all. Took the vehicle to the dealership for them to drive and look at it and they themselves stated they were not aware of how bad it was. I am aware of rules to follow per company standards but this situation all together needed to be altered. This rating has nothing to do with who helped us, only the dealership not sharing more info for their employees to give to buyers.
Worst mistake of my life, traded my truck there and they did not pay off the finance company.now my credit score is 517.

I had my car serviced, oil and filter changed Friday 4/2/21 . When they were done they showed me a print out of what may need some attention . What bothered me was the part where he told me the coolant reservoir was empty. So he informed me they topped it off. Well in my book when something like that is empty the radiator needs to be checked to see if it was also empty or low. But no... he told me they did not!!That’s poor service not being able to go that little extra step to see why the return reservoir was empty. There may have been a leak somewhere or something else but no,, all it’s about is the money involved on what more they can do. That’s no pride in they’re work that I can see. Trying to get as much money as they can from they’re customers is low. Especially when something like the reservoir being empty could be serious and they could not have the decency to try and take a couple seconds to open the radiator to see if it was also empty or low of coolant!!!
My service guy was polite and friendly. He kept me up to date on the progress of my service. I was in and out quickly. The others at the desk werent inviting but my service guy was amazing. Thanks ORR for that guy.

From drive up to departure I was treated like royalty. Once the vehicle inspection was completed I was giving a printout and informed of what was done what is recommended. Then when completed I was taken to the cashier and later to my vehicle. That was perfect.
I had to get my check engine light fixed. The young man that helped me was very nice. I was there for over 9 hours. They got me a loaner car just long enough to pick my son up. I believe they tried to sell me on a bunch of services I did not need. I ended up getting what I really needed. The man the helped me was really nice though.

The manager Mike is very rude and unprofessional. When I asked him for his last name he said he doesn’t have to tell me anything. He needs customer service training . This company preys on elderly and people who are not savvy with credit and interest rates . Be aware of their deceptive practices. They will constantly call you to get a new car with terrible payments and interest rates . They also used my down payment for warranty after I told them I didn’t want it .
I wasn’t pressured in anyway. If the numbers didn’t look great we knew we would walk out at any time, no hard feelings. We value Mr. Micheal Jacobe and his down to earth personality. Never thought to even look at Nissan. Love my purchase. Not sure I will ever get rid of it!

We have called an talk to the manager an he found out they never processed my paper work, the order my part but didn’t realize it was to my car. One day ago on 10/14/20 I went in for an oil change. I was informed that I would need a filter sometime soon. Prior to me going I had zero issues with my car. No sounds or lights appeared on my dash. The next morning I notice I’m having issues breaking. Tonight, as I am driving home I hear noises coming from the back. My car now shakes if I go above 60 mph. Once again I did not have ONE issue prior to going in. I have zero intention of paying to have this matter fixed. On behalf of Nissan Bossier I would think this matter would be taken care of. Highly disappointed.

I recently had to put my vehicle in the shop and parts are on back order so they put me in a small car. Called Jophus up and explained my need for a truck because of the work I do and without hesitation he jumped right on it and got me put into a Titan ASAP. I was really impressed with his dedication a year after buying the vehicle from him. On another note the service dept there is amazing as well. He made sure we understood what was going on with each paper we signed. John our finance manager was polite and patient. He explained each form with us as we signed it, stopping to explain what we were signing. He checked on us through out the entire process. After we bought the vehicle Bella walked us out after explaining a few features on our new purchase to demonstrate how they worked. Randall had our vehicle cleaned and ready for us, he filled the gas tank reminding us about our free oil changes.
