Always frequent & constant internet outages. Unreliable.
It is refreshing to work with an internet company that provides a high level of customer service consistently. When I have needed assistance (related to moving into a new home and amplifying a signal to an adjacent building on property) I have been connected to a real person without having to go through multiple automated steps. All questions/issues were handled efficiently and resolved completely. I have used Spectrum for many years in other areas and truly dreaded making a call, as it almost always involved hours of my time and often needed follow up with an additional call. Not with Skyline, they are awesome! Great job!!
The absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered. Internet has been out for a week and I cannot get someone to fix it. Really nice to be paying for a service you cannot receive.

Tried switching providers in an apartment I rent, because their product isn’t that great, and I found a better offer. They have killed me entire complex, and are the one and only internet provider available. Failed me without even trying.

Overpriced compared to Charter, but I dont have a choice. Charter doesnt service my area yet. When they do I can guarantee off switch just because of the price. Although Skyline skybest does have great service! That I will give them.

Ridiculous prices at green mtn park resort lenoir nc. $40 a week for internet and cannot login my new devices bc it keeps picking up old ones from previous camping trip. Called 800 number & no one can tell you anything or help you.
