Where do I even begin. I provided this company with a rough draft I would like my website to look like. The first time they lost it so I had to resend it. I made it very clear that its just a rough draft and I would like it to sound and look a lot more professional. Instead they more or less copy and paste my rough draft onto the website. The main purpose of my website was so that clients could utilize the online application portal but even this does not work. It gets forwarded to my email with no signature attached. Without a signature the lenders I work with will not even accept these applications which makes this website of no use to me. Lastly, I was told Id recieve a discount but was charged full price. Most likely because they didnt want it coming out of their comission. Thanks appnet!
