Monica and Patrick run a very ethical business and ensure you get the best rate possible without unnecessary coverage.In the process of purchasing a home I was looking for a few quotes because I wanted to group my insurance (home owners and automobile). They were very knowledge and quick with follow up to my escrow company. The house I wanted to purchase was in a flood zone and required insurance. Patrick took on the arduous task of researching whether it was truly necessary to buy flood insurance. Its not often an insurance agent fights tooth and nail to make sure you DONT purchase a policy you dont need. He reasearched our zone and asked us to provide an elevation report to avoid paying the cost of insurance.Monica was very responsive and on the ball. I had to have her call my escrow officer multiple times and each time she dropped everything to provide a prompt response. In addition, she always made time to go over comparisons between different carriers to make sure I had everything I needed to make the most informed decision when comparing my rates. After changing over our insurance over I had to follow up with them for a few updates and each time they were very prompt in their follow up even after I purchased my policy. It is apparent you arent just a number to them and they take great pride in servicing their clients.

Since the moment I contacted BasePoint I received GREAT customer service. Monica replied readily fast to my inquiry about an insurance quote and gave me a hassle free time about all my questions.
