The drinking water in Naples tastes bad. The water smells like chlorine. Its moderately hard and has a 202 TDS count . I just had a Kinetico Water Softening System and RO installed at my home in Naples. Tyler who was the Kinetico Rep was super informed, patient and took all the time that was needed to answer all of my questions. I had other Water Filter companies come to my home as well. Tyler was by far the best. The installation was completed by Omar. He was neat, clean and did a very good job. I had an issue after the installation. I called Tyler and he came over and handled the issue personally. Now thats what I call customer service. Our drinking water now tastes like bottled water. No more chlorine smell and we feel a difference on our skin during showering. Better suds and less spotting on our shower doors. I highly recommend Kinetico.

Our sales agent was absolutely the best. If you live in South Florida ask for Dennis Stephens. We moved to Venice, Fl recently and our water was terrible. We’ve had water softeners and RO for the last 20 years and this is the first time using Kinetico system. Wow! What an absolute difference over the other brands. Our water has never been better and it is the most efficient system I’ve seen.

This company needs to get with the times - automate your customer experience better, there should be no reason to have to call into customer support or billing to speak with the inept, incompetent, unfriendly, uncaring staff that answer the phone. Lets get a proper customer portal up and running, so one can manage their account online, request service, view and pay invoices, etc. The data entry clerks hate their jobs, you could save a buck or two without them.

We recently had a Kinetico water treatment and reverse osmosis system installed. When we had a water leak under the sink, their service representative came out to check out the whole system. First, he fixed the leak, even though it was not caused by Kinetico. (We overloaded the garbage disposal). The service rep, BJ, then noticed low flow on the RO and fixed that too. All of this was done for no charge because we are new customers and he said Kinetico wanted their installation to be completely satisfactory. BJ explained everything so that we could understand it. He was courteous, professional, and competent. We are gratified that our new water company also gives such excellent service. Thank you! Mike and Dori Novak, Fort Myers.

I installed this RO system in 2017. It had been running smoothly for sometime. Recently, the hydrogen peroxide tube started to developed problem. With the usage, the level should go down. It goes up instead, indicating that the water is leaking to the tube. They have been trying to repair this 4 times and the last time is just in mid June 2020. I do not see the level of hydrogen peroxide come down either. The last tech said it would take 2000 gallons of water usage before it starts to act which I do not think it is true. I told them that without hydrogen peroxide my water would still contains bacteria and other contaminants which might affect my family health. I will watch and update this issue. In general, it is very difficult to get technical information regarding the system and the tech may give you false information.

Excellent customer service from the very beginning. Roger was our contact and was very thorough on the products. There was no pressure to do anything. After seeing how great the products were we decided to put in a system that would be in the kitchen for drinking water as well as washing dishes. Our appointment was set up quickly and installation was great. Now we know we are giving our family good, clean water, with no hardness. You can taste the difference.

My husband and I searched the alternatives for water systems so we could quit lugging water up the stairs! Our home had some really terrible, hard well water. This whole process from start to finish, from the office staff to the to the installers, the whole experience was awesome! Hands down best water company out there! I was having many issues with Iron in my water.Called several companies, several repairs, upgrades etc.... Finally came across Kinetico. More than I could have hoped for!! I drink water that tastes like the best bottled water I could buy and I live in Golden Gate Estates (hard water country)! Greg the district manager was very helpful as we were in a situation because we had just had a plumber sell us a water system (IT WASNT). Kinetico of SWFL Bonita came right out saw what we had and showed us WHY that system would never work for us. He explained the problems with our water and what Kinetico could do for us! We ended up going with a whole house reverse OS system. Yes I was a little nervous about the cost BUT after having the Kinetico system for about a month now I am so completely happy and pleased with how it actually removed all the stains and spots from the other system and YES my hair is like silk (REALLY!!) The water quality at my home was very poor, and I was worried about the chemicals/pesticides from our well. We had to replace an outdated water purification system. The person from Kinetico explained our options and we chose a system to be installed. The person who came to do the installation was terrific. He was very clean and neat and did a great job of installing the new system. He even took the old system away with him. Our drinking water tastes much better and the new faucet looks good too. When we built our house a year ago, a friend of ours told us about Kinetico. We said we didnt want to spend that kind of money. We were so mistaken! After only 6 months of the traditional well system softener and purifier of another company, we knew we had to switch. Greg West, the representative was very knowledgeable and so helpful in helping us make our decision. When the installers showed up a week later, they were courteous and showed us everything we needed to know to have a great water system. My wife and I are both loving the taste and feel of the water that comes through our house now. Being able to drink water from any faucet of the house is an absolute pleasure now. The service was fast and efficient. All staff were very professional and nice. They installed the system the same week on a Sunday. Rick Kelley explained our system to us and didnt try to sell us anything we didnt need. The installer who came on Sunday took time to explain everything we should know about the system. No one ever seemed hurried and made sure there were no questions after they left. If there were questions the office staff called a few days later to check and see how everything was going. My husband and I couldnt be any happier.

Ive had this system for several years. When I add salt I get periodic bursts of brown water, Ive had Kinetico out here several times to fix it. Still does it after 8 years and at least half a dozen paid calls. I do not recommend this system.

I had a Kinetico Reverse Osmosis Water filtration System installed in my home and I am extremely happy.Not only does the water come out crystal clear, it tastes amazing. The price was very reasonable compared to all the money Ive spent on bottled water throughout the years and the tank was perfectly installed under my sink. At first I didnt think we needed a water softening and purification system. It wasnt until my neighbor got one from Kinetico, and raved about how much better their water was, that I was convinced to purchase one. The salesman explained the system thoroughly and I convinced that Kinetico was the right product for me. I researched and spoke to 5 different water purification providers. Several were good. Kinetico was excellent. The sales rep was professional, courteous, and knowledgable. The installation was done in less than a done. The tech knew exactly what he was doing and the installation was meticulous. I recently received a certificate from Kinetico for lemon law insurance - guaranteed replacement of the system within one year of installation. They stand behind what they sell.

I really was impressed. Kinetco came to my home and saw my current water filtration system. While they praise their systems are far superior, and I believe them, they were ethical enough to test my system and assess its capabilities were still viable. Wow! An Honest sales person, who knew. Like many others, we found the service to be professional, on-time and complete. No pressure to upsell and great at explaining how to use the system. If I could give no stars I would. Our system rarely works for more than a month at a time. Everything look and seems great, then a tech comes out to service the system. After the tech touches it, a few days later I have to call them back out to replace this or fix that. Our warranty on parts is almost up and Im terrified that Im going to have to pay for replacement parts evey month on top of the maintenance fee I already pay per month. Repeated calls to customer service does not resolve the issue and I havent even paid off the whole system yet.

We needed our big blue filters changed for our hot water system, and we needed a cold water filter system installed under our kitchen sink. We received a technician with precise, expert, professional knowledge about the jobs, and with a friendly good-natured demeanor to boot. Staff is extremely professional and works hard to keep/earn your business. Have has a few occasions where my water is not entering my house. Even on a Saturday they have come out and fixed it on the spot. Will is an awesome tech with lots of knowledge, as well as personable. Great service and experienced installers. Only one thing keeping from five stars. The installer seemed to be rushed at the end of the day so he left without much explanation of equipment. Called the office and set up a time to meet another tech but he was early getting to the house and had to answer my questions over the phone. Other than that I am happy with the install and the quality of the RO water system.

We have just traded in our 20 year-old Kinetico system for their Mach 4040sHigh Flo water softener system. Our old system performed very well for 20years, but it was time to upgrade.Sometimes you find that replacing the old with the new and improved, is notan improvement at all. That isnt the case with the new Kinetico carbonfilter and water softener. The new softener has a prefilter to keep anydirt from getting into the system and seems to be more efficient on theamount of salt it uses. The tech that installed the unit did a great job.Im a little fussy when it comes to installing equipment. Most of the timethe technicians install equipment the fastest way they can. Once they aregone I have to make changes. This time I know that I could not have done abetter job. I also found the company was great to deal with from sale toinstallation to follow up. With this system the water taste great and that not easy to get with Florida water.

Our experience with Kinetico has been great. At exactly the right moment, they notified us about our annual water system maintenance. Its hard to remember things like that on your own! Within about a day of our notification, our system started to let us know it was time, as well. It felt good to know that this company was not trying to come do work that didnt need to be done--it truly was time for maintenance. The guy who came to do our annual maintenance was great. He was very polite and TIDY. You hardly notice Kinetico has come and gone, because they do such a great job cleaning up as they go.On top of the excellent service, I wouldnt trade the taste of our water! We live in a community with city water that has a lot of chlorine - smells bad and tastes worse. A neighbor recommended Kinetico and we had our installation today. I like that our unit operates without electricity. Will, our installer, arrived on time and was friendly and efficient. It didnt take him long to explain what we had to do to maintain the system because all that is required is a filter change after three to five years. We are happy with our purchase and I feel healthier all ready.

From day one Kinetico has made all interactions with their company so easy. They are professional, friendly, and caring. When we first purchased our home in Golden Gate Estates we had a typical well system and the water was horrible quality. It was yellow, had a very bad smell, and was terrible for my hair. From the office staff, to dennis the salesman to mike the installer, completly satisfied with the process so easy a caveman can understand it, mike was the installer heck of a guy, very polite and answer all my questions very professionally and kindly, even my kids learned a little bit from him. Now Im enjoying purified water all over my house thanks to you guys, I would definitely recommend KINETICO WATER SYSTEMS to anyone and if I need another system ever again I sure know who to call ..... thanks a lot guys .....

From Quote to Completion, Kinetico is a great company. Their sales person Greg was informative and knowledgable as to what products would work best for us. They were prompt for install, and worked all day to make sure everything was in proper working order. We can see, smell and taste a significant difference in our water now, and would recommend them to anyone.

I recently moved from PA and purchased a home in Venice. There was a water softener already at the home and I thought with that and a Reverse Osmosis system under the kitchen sink I would be all set with my water. Boy was I wrong! After taking my first shower in the house I realized that there was a huge problem. My water had a lot of sulfur and taking a shower made my entire house stink and it left a residue on my skin! It was horrible! I called Kinetico and they arranged to have someone come out. Chuck came to the house and tested the water. Since I could not afford a whole house RO system he recommended a Sulfur Guard unit. Chuck was very friendly, professional and explained everything to us. A few days later a wonderful gentleman came out (I think his name was David) to install the unit. He was very friendly and did an excellent job. Everything was installed quickly and looks nice and neat and clean out back the house. Taking a shower after having the equipment installed was a dream come true! No more smelly, icky water and no more residue feeling on my skin! I signed up for their maintenance plan so that my unit will always be maintained and kept in top shape. Kinetico is a great company. Everyone that I spoke to over the phone and the gentlemen who came out to the house were friendly and professional. I am so glad to have clean water and I highly recommend them! Thank you!!

Our experience with Kinetico has been all positive. We love our water softener and filtration system in our home in North Fort Myers. The water in Florida is not always nice to taste and smell but with the Kinetico system it is fabulous water. Sales and service is also outstanding.

We have been with Kinetico for several years, the service is excellent. We have a whole house RO system and what a difference. No more lugging bottles for refills of drinking water. The water is soft, tastes delicious and has no odor. Our plumbing fixtures are clean (no mineral build up) and operate as they should with no embarrassing stains in the sink or tub. You can feel the difference as well. We use less shampoo/conditioner so youre saving on those products as well. The same goes for laundry detergent.

After moving into our new home we noticed the water was making our skin and hair really dry as well as had a chlorine smell to it. We called Kinetico and they came out right away. The technician was thorough and recommended the filter that would fit our needs. It was installed a few days later with zero hassle or mess. Our water in NY was better than bottled, in Florida, Not so much...Our friends recommended we call Kinetico to help us with our less than average Florida water.Kinetico came to our house and gave us options. Been a customer for numerous years, signed up for their service plan and never had an issue. All of a sudden our water turns yellow so I checked our system to see when the last time they came to service. The date indicated the same day the water turned yellow. I gave it a couple of days to see if maybe it would go away in its own but no luck.So we call kinetico and tell them the problem and state everything was fine until they came. The lady on the phone tells my wife it will be $65 for them to come out, now that is way more than what we pay them a month to service our unit. Now I’m not sure if they were having an off day or the lady on the phone was indifferent but we stated again that the problem appeared after their service visit, this didn’t make a difference to her so we canceled our service with them and contacted a different company.After telling the new company the problem, they stated they can’t service kinetico systems since they use proprietary parts but offered to help anyways. He had me take a picture of our unit and send it to him. After he received the picture he noticed that the valve was set to “bypass “ and had me turn it to the correct setting. After letting the water run for a few minutes, BOOM! Clean water again. So essentially kinetico caused the problem (not turning the valve back to the correct setting) and wanted to charge me for the solution.I’ll be servicing my own unit from now on until it’s time to replace, then I’ll go with a different company. Beware, if they did it to us I’m sure there are others out there.

AWESOME GROUP OF PEOPLE! From Rick who came to my house to give me a quote and then came out again to double check my pump connection before installation. And of course; the great workmanship, courteous, friendly and respectful gentlemen that set up the whole system for our home. Even did some extra work and didnt charge. I LOVE the taste of the water! The expertise of Roger Himalstein, Territorial Manager, was the deciding factor. Mike installed our system and was very knowledgeable and instructed us on points we needed to know. After living in Ft Myers for a year we were tired of the hard water, chlorine smell, and occasional discolored water. We contacted Kinetico because we had seen them servicing other homes in the area. They responded the next day (a Friday) and installed the softener and filter the following Monday. They have a wide range of products, but we chose a system that does not require electricity - it uses water pressure to run the system. Not only is the water soft, odor free, and sparkling clean, but so far the system seems to use much less salt than the system in our previous home.Kinetico has been very responsive and pleasant to deal with. We are very pleased with our choice, and would highly recommend them.

Awesome service, sales, and installation. Installation went perfect as they said it would. Even buried unit in ground part way to keep it out of view from the street. Did not have to wait around for a 2 hour window for the installer to show up, he was there at the very beginning of the window they gave me over the phone. Have had Culligan all of my life in every home I have had. I thought it was time for a change. I think I made the right move! After all its all about the hair!!

Installation went smooth. Just like when you come out of the shower. It feels as if moisturizer was just applied on your body. Drinking water tastes great and is much better tasting than bottled.

Our previous Kinetico system was getting old. We were tired of replacing our fixtures due to the high content of salt in our water so we called Kinetico and they sent Rick Kelley out to discuss our options. Rick was very easy to talk to. We felt he was very knowledgeable and he only recommended what he really thought we needed. He did not try to upsell us at all. We now have a whole house reverses osmosis system and we love it! It’s not just my hair as the commercial says….it’s the great tasting, no smell water, the great water pressure and the great customer service and friendly employees that will keep us Kinetico customers for life.

The sales person was professional and polite.No high pressure sales tactics were used. The installation was also clean, professional and efficient. The product was better than promised . The service man that came out was dressed well, spoke with respect and did the job correct. He was careful not to make a mess as some repair men do. I had the Kinetico system installed in April of 2014. It has yet to use the first bag of salt. I knew it was a low salt and low water used for regeneration but this was truly exceptional. I have had GE and Kenmore that required bags of salt every quarter. I couldnt be more pleased with the performance of the Kinetico system.

From the beginning to the end, the process was very comfortable and professional. My sales rep Roger Himalstein was very informative about the quality of my tap water and what the system would do to create clean, clear drinking water. What I really appreciated was the fact that he didnt try to sell me products or services that I was not interested in. He mentioned other filtration products but didnt push them and concentrated on the drinking water. The installation was a little tricky but Roger met the challenge with a positive and can-do approach.William Devault was my installer who really gave a lot of thought to the installation before diving in. He provided alternatives which neither myself or Roger had thought of. The installation was done very professionally and William was very tidy about his work.I would highly recommend their services.

After going several months without a working softener. We set an appointment with Kinetico. So glad we did. No more water spots on dishes and shower doors. the water had started to ruin our water fixtures and sinks. My damaged dry hair is so much less frizzy. Im even noticing quite a difference in my fingernails. We could not afford the one-time payment and they are allowing us to spread it out over 6 mos.

Weve used Kinetico for many years and have been very satisfied, so when we sold our home in Port Charlotte and moved to Rotonda West, we immediately called Kinetico to get set up with their water system. The installer went beyond our expectations by his clean install.
