Our air quit working on a Thursday about 12:35pm so we called in for service to Wynn Properties. Maintenance came but couldnt fix the issue so we were told that their A/C vendor would be out the next morning. At almost 11am we still hadnt seen the A/C vendor or heard anything back from Wynn Properties. We made another call to Wynn and the office staff was less than empathetic about our heat issue. Long story short; Thursday came and went with no air and our office got up to 91 degrees. New story was A/C vendor would be in on Friday between 10am-12pm. At 10:30am we called to confirm the appointment time for air to be fixed and again office staff very rude and showed no concern. We actually heard someone in the background loudly saying Jeez its only gonna be like one more hour Just total disregard that our business (in which we pay rent to Wynn Properties and expect a little more from basically our Landlord) is being affected. We asked if another A/C vendor could be called since this one was too busy to fix our heat issue in a timely manner and where told that Wynn Properties only has ONE A/C vendor. ??? My thoughts were you are in the business of managing multiple properties in the state of FLORIDA and you only have ONE A/C vendor? Thats ridiculous and also VERY bad business practice to not have any backup vendors for your tenants. Wynn Properties is NOT equipped to handle A/C emergencies so if your A/C quits running dont expect it to be fixed timely or receive any empathy from the office staff. We are VERY disappointed.
