Easy to find, right off Bonita Beach Road. Benny, an adorable doggy employee wannabe greeted me from his seat at the desk. I was smitten. The jewelers were helpful, explaining the process for soldering my rings. Very friendly and skilled at their work. My ring turned out more beautiful than I could imagine. I would give this business an A+ and recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

I recently found that a prong had broken on my diamond engagement ring. Being new to the area, I needed to find a knowledgeable and reliable jeweler. We were recommended to B. Franklin from a friend who was very happy with them. I brought the ring in and the jeweler explained what needed to be done and gave me a very fair price. In 3 days time, my ring was repaired and looked brand new. I wouldnt hesitate to go back. Not only were they knowledgeable, but also very pleasant!

Friendly staff and extremely helpful. I went in for a chain repair and he was able to fix a door hinge to an antique piece that I couldnt find a replacement for and too small for welders to fix. Thank you!

Patricia valued my piece at a much higher price than some other scammers, and my piece sold within a month. They also cleaned my ring for free while I waited on paperwork. A family run jewelry store with a lovely shop right off Bonita Beach Road. I took my engagement ring in for a repair after a mishap separated the stone from the setting. The jeweler took the time to explain my options, and even recommended the cheapest option for me in the end. Everyone I dealt with was lovely. I’ll have to go back and buy something a little more expensive!
