This is a beautiful and quiet place for full-time residence and snowbirds. Grounds are well-maintained and looks beautiful. Mu wife and I love living here

I wish I can give this 0 stars, 1 is a minimum. Peaceful at the beginning snowbird season came around and treated unfairly, unfortunately it seems like racism is still a thing. Association ONLY protects homeowners, NOT TENANTS. Moved out and landlord decided to keep my deposit. Will not reccomend to ANYONE, worst experience since we moved to Florida.

We bought a condo at Lakeside Hideaway this past year. We love every aspect of it! The setting is in a quiet residential neighborhood. The condos looks out over a pond that has a fountain that is lit at night. The grounds are well cared for and the pool is heated and immaculate. The complex has elevators, so moving heavy things is easier. The windows have hurricane glass. The screened lanai has tiled floors. The rooms are all generous sizes and the condo is quiet. It is a perfect place for snowbirds to roost during the cold northern winters.

Ive heard nothing but negative things about these condominiums, how the association only protects the homeowners NOT the tenants, Ive had several family members live here whose were victims of landlords keeping their security deposit over painting walls and minor cleaning.

We would have loved to gotten a chance to talk to someone about leasing here. It looks like a very beatiful place. But I have made many atemps to contact them with only getting an answering machine. I also have yet to get a call back.That is the only reason for 2 stars, but as far as what I can see about the property, would be 5 stars.

Would have loved to see it in person we called the relater many times and got an answering machine left a message but never got a call back.
