I have always had a great experience with Live Consulting, but must admit, the transition caused me a bit of confusion. I was having difficulties getting invoices and determining how to get support. This was easily resolved and now I feel as comfortable with Iconic IT, (Live Consulting). The knowledge and support are still the best and response time is amazing. Iconic IT (Choose Networks) does our managed IT services at my office and is hands down the best managed services provider we have ever used since i began working here. We have had very few issues at all with our office computers or server since they have taken over. Of the very few times we have had issues with our computers; their staff has either let us know before we even noticed it on our end or we tell them and they get our issue fixed in no time at all. I would recommend them to anyone who would like amazing IT services!

I cannot say enough to describe how wonderful Iconic IT has been to my law firm. In a word, they’ve been a lifesaver - especially in these times of crisis. First Justin and then Ryan Snow spent three days in a row - including weekend time - getting me set up to work from home by enabling me to remote into my complicated law office network, and now I am fully operational, thanks solely to the dedication and efforts by Ryan and Justin.
