Have bought and sold homes before this. It was the WORST Experience you could have. Almost lost the deal because of agents friendship with the Bank of Bolivar. If it could be screwed up, they did it. Delays, excuses and all around incompetence. Will never use the agent and will warn people of the incompetence of the Bank of Bolivar loan officer. Do yourself a favor and go to a reliable agent.
