Everyone there is always very friendly! I never have to wait long and they arealways ready to help me with whatever I need. Love the small town Post Office!!

Great Customer Service and Friendly Clerks. Only one issue with Mail Forwarding.

Terrible.. They never show up at a usual time. You cant call and talk to a person. And the people that deliver the mail are mostly drugged out looking people driving sketchy cars. I dont understand how this continues, especially in such a stuck up town as Bolivar.

1. The personnel are courteous, friendly and helpful.2. They are professional and know the business.3. They go the extra mile to help the handicapped and elderly.4. They work efficiently in order to reduce wait time of customers. On the other hand, they will not rush customers until their needs have been met.5. They respect and show appreciation for the military.6. They have consistently served Bolivar.7. I only have positive statements for them.8. The building and outside areas are old and beginning to look like a third world post office.9. Kudos and a big Thank You! to those professionals!The federal government needs to:1. Relocate(?) and build a new attractive Post Office in Bolivar. It should be designed to move mail more quickly.2. Large packages should be stored in a part of the building that can be quickly retrieved by staff..3. Large PO boxes in the lobby should be placed so that the old and handicapped can easily open them--not too high or not too low.4. Redesign the parking areas.4.1 Insure that the building and parking area is lighted 24/7 for customer safety.4.2 The lot should drain well.4.3 The lot should be designed for easy and complete snow and ice removal. (Avoid lawsuits!)5 Run the Post Office like a successful private business.6. Our home mailbox was vandalized more than once. The post and box was not repairable last time and I removed it. (Other mailboxes in the area were vandalized also.)7. Now we are now receiving all mail in a secure PO box located inside the Post Office.8. I understand that damaging boxes and stealing mail is a federal offense. The Bolivar Police Department and the Polk County Sheriffs Department do not have the manpower to enforce this federal law. Federal law should be enforced by federal funds.4, We have one of the best Post office systems in the world. I am beyond irate. I have a reptile, and I order his bugs. They have been shipped to me at a different address with no problem. I was expecting the bugs Saturday, and they didnt arrive. I check the shipping info (wasnt aware I would have to babysit the post office), and it says that my package was held at customer request. Um, I was not notified of this, nor did I request it!!!! and of course the post office was closed at this point, and it is closed today because of presidents day. I hope my worms 1) dont die and have my money be wasted or 2) eat out of their package and be wasted. I am furious. They wouldnt have been fed for a week by the time I get them, IF they are still alive (they eat each other when they arent fed). Freaking delightful. THANKS POST OFFICE

We have had nothing but good experiences with the Bolivar Post Office. The personnel are professional, accommodating, and very personable.

Horrible at getting your mail to you in a timely fashion. Can never seem to locate s package. Ive used this post office for 2 years now and Ive never saw such a poorly ran office.
