This place is very clean and has really fast machines that gyrate as they agitate. The owner, John, is very kind and helpful. He goes out of his way to make sure ALL of his customers feel comfortable and welcome. He will always make sure everyone has gotten all their clothes and is right there if you drop a sock or shirt out of your basket. If there is a problem, he is always there to help and will gladly answer any questions. The prices are very reasonable as well. They range between $2.25-$4.00 depending on weight and water temperature. The machines are done within 20 minutes. John cleans all of the machines himself and makes sure the place is in tip top shape for all his patrons. He does a tremendous job and operates his business very well. Our experience has always been great there. We would highly recommend this place to everyone. You will not be disappointed.

Best place hands down in Bolivar and the surrounding areas for all of your laundry needs. We have often traveled 20 minutes just to come to this location due to its cleanliness and kind staff. The customer service they provide is some of the best we have experienced in some time. I have witnessed the owners going above and beyond to keep their customers happy on multiple occasions from suggesting more cost effective machines to offering to help customers carry their laundry in and out of the building. I would highly recommend!

This is a update review.9-6-21. I have been a regular customer for about 1 year. Jonn and Teresa are absolutely fantastic and definitely believe in putting the customer first with unparalleled drop off service that I use. Cleanliness and getting the job right is Johns driven commitment.

Clean, air-conditioning, and the owner is very nice. Someone is always there to address any issue. We drive a little farther just to use this great laundry!

Do your laundry in half the time you would at other locations. Owner is very sweet and kind. I would recommend this over our on site washers and dryers at our apartment which takes me 2 hours to dry half a small woods paper bag. It costs me .25 less to wash and dry 1 large load in 1 hour vs 3 hours at my apartment complex. I would defiantly recommend Bolivar Express laundry over any service in town and will be going back.

My Family and I recently had a House Fire and it had Started in the Basement, also where our Laundry room was! Much of our Clothing and Bedding was either Permanently Ruined or had A Heavy Nasty Smoke smell to it. Also ruined was out Own Washer & Dryer. We needed to get the Laundry/Bedding all washed up, but I did NOT want to use the other Laundromat in Bolivar off of Springfield Avenue, it was to Hot, had Dirty Needles and Paraphernalia in the Bathroom, and not to mention Only Half of the Machines ACTUALLY Worked! So a Friend of the Fmaily had mentioned the New Laundry Mat off of Broadway...which was Closer to us as well! So I figured why Not give them a try. Immediately upon Walking in I had Noticed how Clean and Nice it was, and it had AIR conditioning! I had 2 Days worth of Laundry to get Done and well over $300 worth of it! Asking about the Cost to Wash & Dry was Incredibly Low and Cheap. Especially in this Pandemic when everyone is Raising the Cost for Everyhting, Express Laundry did NOT! I had came overwhelmed with the Amount of Laundry, and having all of my Chilsren with me just to Help. The Owner is truly Amazing...He not only Helped us Unload and Sort the Laundry, but He helped to put in Washer, and being Im only 5 it was very Hard to Reach the Dispenser where all the Detergent/Fabric Softener/Bleach went, so he Literally poured all of that into each Machine, as well as Helping with Transferring into Dryer, AND then even Helped fold EVERYTHING! He also Helped my Boys stay Content by Involving them in the Process and making it Fun for them too! He did ALL of this for the 2 Days we were there. After it was Done...He then Helped with putting it All in Baskets and Bags, then Proceeded to Carry and Load into my SUV! He NEVER not even once gave me a Bad Look, or made it Feel as If He was Irritated! I was SO HAPPY We decided to try this Place out! This is Our New spot if We ever Needed Big Washing to do. The Owners name is John and He is Fabulous, Sweet, Generous and easy to Communicate with. This is How a Good Launsry Mat should be, not to mention a Great Environment. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Place! You will NOT be let Down!
