15 years, I started using this company in 2005 I believe, I cant think of one single time that I could say was less then pleasant. They are knowledgeable and professional, they care about quality service and the prove it every time. A glass of water got knocked over onto my computer and I took it here for repairs after being unable to figure out what fried in it. Despite the estimated wait time of two days to hear back, it took the shop 6 days to get back to me. This personally wasnt a huge issue as 2 of those days were a weekend and another one of then was veterans day. When NorthStar called me they informed me that the graphics card and motherboard are fried, and that they only thing they could do is replace it. I had no issue with this, except for the repair estimate they gave me of $507. I built this pc myself, and the entire build costed $600. A new motherboard and graphics card would have costed roughly $300. I told them that was too much and I could replace them myself.TL;DR: NorthStar took 6 days to tell me that $300 worth of parts were fried and told me it would cost $500 to replace the broken parts.

NorthStar Globals Total Care is truly total care! I dont know what I would do without them. Robert and Jason are always ready to help with any question, problem, or difficulty. They protect my desktop and laptop on a year-round basis. In my opinion they are Five-Star-Plus..
