Service is the worst. They were no shows on 3 different appointments after I took off work and waited all day. The technician didnt seem to care or offer anything for help.

Called today to schedule a repair on my dryer. I could barely hear/understand the Customer Rep. She kept cutting in and out and I mentioned this to her several times and she never made an attempt to better the connection like picking up the receiver instead of continuing to talk on the headset. Then, they wanted me to wait at home a full day which would require me to take a vacation day. I get you dont know how long a repair may take but, come on, lets narrow it down to a 4 hour period. Maybe even get more details so you can get more accurate repair time.

They hung up on me. Was not able to find out if they had a repair man that could come out. And I think the service call was taken by a company out of the country.

As far as wanting a part, dont bother. Everything is on line for them. Go to Springfield, MO. to Stones on National St.

Very helpful, on replacing some Craftsman tools I had broken.
