Its a bit weird that reviews for this place is very mixed, but oh well. I was buying vinyl flooring there and all experience was pretty great for me. Stopped there 2 times, first to pick up samples, second to buy actual flooring, plus cutter and additional things for flooring installation. Guys at a store was pretty friendly. Person who was working with me helped me out with the projects plus knowing i will be doing DIY guided me a bit on rules for installation i was not aware of. I was picking up floor myself from warehouse so there was no problem, i picked exact boxes i want, so no problem with damaged boxes for me.

I was the next client waiting for assistance. Brian, who works there chose to take the women before me. He finally meandered over to me . He was very knowledgable regarding the flooring. We were in the middle of looking on line for a picture of the floor and another customer walked in. He proceeded with out any explanation or apology and helped her while I stood by the computer. I find that to be rude and insulting . I am appalled that Brian, or any man would be so disrespectful. I then walked out Poor customer Relationship

Waiting and waiting for someone to wait on me. Not very attentive to customers 😕 asked me if they could help me and then went to wait on another customer that just walked in! After I had waited my turn for 25 minutes!

Purchased over 2,000 dollars of vinyl flooring. 48 boxes to be exact. I was told by the associate that I could take 1/2 of my order that day and have my installer come back for the remained. I drove and signed off with 28 boxes. All was going well until the pick up. A careless supervisor named Christian gave us 14 boxes, we were short 3 boxes due to them being damaged. He told us that we had to go to another location and find the vinyl. Once we got back home we noticed one box wasnt even ours. He didnt seem to be concerned about the inconvenience. I guess Ill be taking my business elsewhere and will definately make it known of the nonchalant buisness this is. Hopefully tomorrow I find the dawg on floor at the other location. If not Ill will be reporting this matter to the Better Business Bureau. THANX FOR THE EXPENSIVE INCONVIENCEUPDATE:Although my experiance was not a pleasurable one, I appreciate the numerous phone calls and apologies from the corporate office. It did mean alot that not only was I received an apology but I received a credit for my trouble.

Excellent price and knowledge. You cannot get this quality at the big box stores at any price, I purchased Vinyl plank flooring by Corelux.

Its pricey. The selection might be better then homedepot or menards but the prices are not. I went to home and decor and it made this place look like a thrift store with high end pricing.

This management and sales staff at this location are not ethical. The Moldavian installers extorted $800 dollars from my 80 y/o mother who was there recovering from cancer treatment. Management wont do anything. They just say call the headquarters. Dont go there!Rated negative stars if I could.

Their computers were not working😟. The sales associate went old school and had to use a pen and pad to make the transaction 😄.Thanks you!

Helpful staff and great products

My review is mainly for the installation of wood floors, as well as the follow through to fix problems which occurred during installation. The product itself is fine, and the saleman in Bolingbrook was fair and helpful. We originally saw a product online which was advertised as available in all stores. When we got to the store, they looked up the product and found it was out of stock--kindve put us in a frustrating position. An alternative was selected as it was for new construction and time was a factor. The install was completed from a company whose workers are from Translvania. Two men showed up to install; one didnt speak to me at all, and only in another language to his partner. His partner had broken English, which made it very difficult to understand him and he did not understand my questions or concerns. He did feel comfortable enough to (1) ask me if the house was expensive to build, and (2) tell me that he would not have chosen the flooring that we did.....?! Once complete I noticed glue splattered across the floor in several rooms and on several walls. (It doesnt come off walls). Tools were carelessly placed/dropped on the floor, making marks in several spots. The installer replaced one damaged board, but only after I insisted. Bedroom walls were marked up from the tools used to nail wood flooring, and closet mouldings were also damaged. This is a newly constructed home--damage was at my cost to fix. Several representatives from LL were contacted, all replied they wanted to take care of the situation. So far, no one has offered to reimburse for damage, or to fix the floor. I guess they have their money, so why do they care? I had to purchase wood filler or stain to try and blend in scuffs/dents, but there is some I could not make invisible. I would not recommend, or use LL for any other project.

Purchased over $6,000 of hardwood flooring from Bolingbrook Store. Went back to order stair treads in May. They needed the money up front to order. Three months later and several calls, weve canceled the order. Now were told it will be 3 - 5 weeks for our refund!!! The manager is the worst!!!

Prices are higher than other super stores.

Terrible customer service and rude sales persons

Sold the flooring saying that the moulding would be in few weeks later. Its been months and no moulding. How does that work? I wouldnt buy a car without tires.

The manager is so uneducated, has no people skills, cant resolve any issue at all and of course hangs up the phone to questions he cant answer. Mike needs another job or jobless!

This place is terrible, they are understaffed, i had to wait over 45 min to get my floors one time, the next time i ordered some floors, it took over 2 months to arrive and they didnt even bothered to call me they had arrived, i had to call to find out.
