**BEWARE** PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU USE ALL MY SONS MOVINGI had move schedule in advance and a deposit down for a move, answered all there calls and questions. Gave a detailed list of what i needed moved, everything was going smooth or so i thought. Until the day of the move, a half hour after they were to arrive they called me tell me that the were canceling my move and there was nothing they could do. the BS excuse was something about the first move of the day, the people did not tell them all the stuff they needed to move and it was going to talk all day and they could not move me. What they could not explain is why it was my problem that the 1st move lied to them about amount of furniture. I gave a detailed list (at there request) of what needed to be moved. I gave a deposit, which now I have to call my credit card company to get the deposit back. called and asked to speak to the manager, was told he was on the phone and the manager would call me back, three days later and no phone call. The unprofessionalism and bad business practice of stranding a costumer, is unbelievable. They obviously do not care about the costumer. Do not gamble that they will show up on the day of your move, there are more professional companies in the area. STAY AWAY.

This company is absolutely horrible! I had a move scheduled for 7/31 and and hour before they were supposed to arrive they called and cancelled my move. They however we so kind to give me a list a moving companies to call. Right, like there is going to be an available moving company at 3pm on Saturday at the end of the month when everyone moves. Jay, who is supposedly a manager, is the most un professional person I have ever dealt with. The best they could do is refund my deposit and tell me MAYBE they could get someone out the next day. How this company remains in business is beyond me. You are messing with people lives and putting more stress on people during an already stressful time. I hope the owners of this company seriously take a look at their staff and how they run their business. Absolutely ridiculous.

William Berryhill was our foreman. He and the other two guys did a fantastic job. We were very happy.

Apparently, they know how to take a reservation - just not keep the reservation. Told us many days after taking our reservation that they “double booked” and couldn’t take our belongings for the move.I’d suggest using a company that is capable of working with a spreadsheet/mouse or pen/paper.

This moving company is the WORST!!!!!!!!!!!! I will never ever use this company again!They moved my moving time twice!!! To tell me the day of my move that they are running behind & will not be able to move me till tomorrow May 29.When I called back again they stated that they won’t be able to move me till MONDAY!!!!!!!!! I have NO company to move my stuff today! I put a deposit of 450 down and stood in touch with whole process!I will NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! I can’t add anything that the other one star reviews haven’t already said. Cancelled the morning of our move saying that the crew was sick. Totally unprofessional. Never ever call them. Thanks to All Day Movers for saving the day! Even the rep there said that he gets a lot of business from All my Sons screwing people over.

They are horrible you better off moving your own things They took forever to come even the lady that does the appointments was pathetic and evil so unprofessional then that tired to charge us over 1400 dollars for nothing 😂 I’m surprised they are still in business they are complete trash and another thing the guys that came looked so unprofessional and dirty looking 😂 yal need to step it up seriously 😂

I would never recommend this company to anyone.They ruined my brand new refrigerator. Wood floors, and door. Charged me for packing supplies that were not needed and an overnight charge because they were tired. The employees were also drinking my alcohol while I took a ride to the storage unit.The company did nothing but refund me a fraction of an amount for money for my “damages”. The amount will not even cover one panel repair for my brand new refrigerator that now looks like it’s been through a war!! The crew was terrible. The crew the next day even commented on how bad they packed the truck and that it should not have taken that long to load. Me and my aunts helped load the truck because they complained I had to many things!I had never worked with such a terrible company and customer service do nothing in return to rectify the situation to my standards.I was better off doing the move myself!!!

I wish I had read reviews before inquiring a quote. I received 3 phone calls in 15 hours. That’s very weird in my opinion. I feel like they’re way too desperate for a moving company when I still have a lot of time before I need to move. I am trying to move a piano, but after reading some of the most recent reviews, I am glad I told them I’m not interested. My piano is like my baby. I do not want it damaged in the 50 mile drive west. While I did not use this company, and never will, I will not recommend using their services if they care so little about their customers.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I was moving out of a condo with no appliances being moved. They said it was too late to start a move and that they needed 5 guys for only boxes. The price went from $600 to $2,000, such a scam. We ended up hiring a different company that got the job done with only 2 guys. Wouldn’t recommend all my sons to anyone.

Did they move my stuff? Yes. Was it a pain to deal with the company? Yes.Tldr; You will pay around $300-400 more than expected in added on packaging fees and tips (they want about $100 per mover) and probably have to deal with a highly unorganized back office. A one bedroom move from the suburbs to the city that ran 3.25 hours cost me $1200.I submit my information for a quote online, received two different calls and two different quotes from the back office within minutes of each other. They said sorry actually the higher quote is what the weekend rate is. I was very clear about the fact my move was going to be to a walk up a couple of levels up and the morning of the move the head mover called and asked if I was going to the 7th level of a building with an elevator and seemed annoyed that it was a walk up when I told him that was incorrect. I asked for wardrobe boxes so I wouldnt have to take clothes on and off hangers - they brought the boxes but not the bars so I ended up paying $40 for two boxes that I had to throw my clothes into anyhow (could have bought boxes of that size for less than $10 at Lowes). They then repacked a couple of my already packed boxes into another two wardrobe boxes which they charged me another $40 for. When reviewing the bill near the end of the move, he just estimated an end time about 45 minutes out (only used about 25 of that) and asked me to pay. He straight up explained that his boss expected him to add on around $120 in packaging materials. Was annoyed about the 4th floor walk up and said its normally an upcharge and reminded me that the movers were tip based. They broke a wheel off my dresser and told me by asking once we were at the new place This was leaning before right? No, it was upright in the middle of my garage when you picked it up. They said they left the wheel in the garage of the place I moved out of because they didnt realize it was from something being moved. Called multiple times the next week asking if they had any more specific info of where they left it because I couldnt find it in my garage - I wasnt even asking for money just wanted to find the wheel and reattach it myself - but they never got back to me. After back and forth with the manager who was not proactive in reaching out after I left messages he basically told me he was insured but if I filed a claim I would get back less than what I needed for the parts. Not worth my time. Thanks, Jason!

You dont tell people you can move them and then cancel the next day dont have the staff available when youve made an appointment prior... ridiculous.

Horrible! I ran into another customer who was using these and we had similar problems! The movers were extremely rude, and bullied both me and the staff at the storage locker I was renting! They bossed the staff around and worse they were yelling at me the whole time! Dont use these guys. I ended up cancelling with them and used College hunks hauling Junk. Much better service and they were extremely friendly. And they didnt cuss me out! The saved money will come back to haunt you

Noah, Rocco and Joe were an AWESOME moving team! They handled my items with care, more so than any movers Ive ever used, and made it all in record time. We even had to deal with street closures but they kept calm and composed the whole time. Have recommended this company to friends, keep up the good work!

Charged over double what I was quoted, then it went from a 4 hour job to 8 or 9 hours ... Scam !! Beware of this company, I only had a 2 bedroom condo with no appliances to move .. I did not have any thing in the second bedroom but a chair and little front room cabinet ... lesson learned !

Oscar’s crew was fantastic! Those guys were super fast and efficient, while still being careful with my stuff. I was very pleased with our move. I’ll be using them again when our new house is ready this fall.

Was out helping move boxes came home and realized my chain was missing out of one of the rooms that they were in. I confronted the workers asking politely to empty their pockets one gave me attitude while the others were kind about it and I found it in the laundry where the exit was for them moving stuff. My family was in the laundry earlier in the morning and said it was not in their earlier as well.

Brandon, Dave, and Alex were kind, compassionate, professional in assisting me with a difficult move from a home to an apartment. I am so grateful to them and I highly recommend this moving company. From the first phone call to taking the last box off the truck everyone I had contact with were the best!!! 10 stars would be a better rating!! This was the worst experience Ive ever had! Do not even bother. They quoted me $130 an hour 2 months before my move. I called 4 times to make sure of date and time. Exactly 10 days before my scheduled move, they raised their fees to &200 an hour, instead of my quote of $130. I tried everything to bargain, and they wouldnt budge even tho it was failure on THEIR part. Im calling all the news stations to have them fined.

I called the company to report a driver who almost caused an accident. I was told unless there was a major accident they cant do anything and I should call the police. Yet they have a number to call on the back of the truck. Terribly irresponsible company

This is hands down the WORST moving company in Chicago. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The three man crew took 9.5 hours to move a 2 bedroom apt to a 1 bedroom apt 15 min away. Doubling the quote I was given. They also fought and cursed with each other the entire time. They dropped our belongings and damaged the walls and door frames of the properties. Most incompetent and rude moving service ever. OHHH and they didn’t abide by the current COVID protocol by wearing masks. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

This was my third experience with All My Sons, and this by far was the best team ever. and felt compelled to writing a review. Team Showtime, with Jose as the lead and Alex and Drew, were top notch. Upon arrival, they did a quick walk through and these guys went right to work and made short order of putting stuff on the truck in less than an hour. They handled the move-in as champions considering they had to trudge 3 floors within the house. They made the move with precision and utilized the best entrance based on the piece of equipment ensuring not to damage the furniture. I give these guys 5 STARS!! If and when I use All My Sons again I will personally request this team. Hats off to Team Showtime they are the BEST!!

DO NOT HIRE THESE MOVERS! They charged me $600 (not including my $100 deposit) to move my queen size bed, a jewelry stand, and 10-15 boxes at the end of it all. THE JOB TOOK LESS THAN AN HOUR FROM START TO FINISH. They never told me the total amount of money due at the end -- they pulled off without saying a word. They wouldn’t move half of my things, they were late, and VERY rude. They told me they would use carpet runners to prevent dirt on my carpet - and they didn’t. They tracked mud all through my apartment. The entire job took less than an hour. They pulled off without saying a word and never told me the total amount for the move.Customer service only gave me a $200 refund and now I have to fill out a claim, have someone come over to give me an estimate to clean my carpet, and wait to see what they will do then. AGAIN, DO NOT HIRE THESE MOVERS!

The customer service was exceptional. The estimator, Dennis, came out on short notice and was very personable and helpful. On moving day, John, Dave and Drew did a great job of moving our family of six from Bolingbrook to Bloomington, Illinois. We had a lot of heavy furniture and it was a long day but the guys got the job done quickly and with a smile. Thank you guys!

My move began with a courtesy call from the team leader to confirm everything was a Go. The guys were right on time to start my move. Worked efficiently and quickly. Were friendly and polite. They moved all my furniture up four flights of old Chicago apartment building stairs. Very positive attitudes in the face of such a difficult task. My husband and I used All My Sons Moving & Storage for our move this past weekend and the service was phenomenal!Michael was very quick in providing me a detailed quote and offered a great price for our move.I really appreciated the call the week of confirming the arrival time and all of the details about our move -- this put our minds at ease!Our Dream Team - Russell, Ronnie and Marvin - arrived on time on Saturday and were very polite, professional and efficient! My husband and I really appreciated that they took the time to get to know us a bit, went through the contract step-by-step (answering all of my questions along the way), informed us how long each step of the move would take (we had two stops during our move to pick up our belongings) and worked very hard!I also appreciated Michael taking the time to check-in with us during the first hour of our move. I am giving this a 3-star due to the incidents that occurred during our move. I scheduled the move a couple of weeks ago and understood that it was during the end of the month rush. I received the email confirmation that the move was all confirmed and such. Per the instructions in the email I called the office after 12, since the move was to start between the hours of 12-5, and they said it was going to be a couple more hours. Okay no problem. I called at 3:04 and was told that everything was running behind due to weather. It was raining and a crappy day. They said they would have an update soon. At 5:14, I called again to check on a status update. The manager was trying to find a crew and they would be arriving close to 7pm. Obviously not the most optimal timing but heck we wanted to move since people were moving into our unit. At 6:21 we received a call from a crew saying they are in route for our emergency move. We explained there was no parking since the Chicago signage only good during the day. I also explained what was being moved and he said that is not what was communicated to him. Okay, so we wait for them to show up. At 7:15pm we get a call that the crew could not make it due to the corporate rules on the number of hours they can work. So at 7:15 at night after regular communication we finally get word that our move was not going to happen but assured me that the first crew would be out in the morning. Day two. I called the office at 8:02 AM to make sure that a) we are on schedule and b) the crew was on the way. The gentleman on the phone said he was in the warehouse and that yes the crew is in route and was late to start because of the rain. At 9:13 AM I called the company again and was told a different story since the truck should have arrived within the hour they said. At 9:19 AM I received a call from the driver that they are 40 minutes away. At 9:55 the crew shows up to the address. The crew was friendly and okay. It took under two hours since we had already begun moving stuff ourselves. Our stuff wasnt wrapped but it was a move within the same building so I didnt expect it. The staff was apologetic about the issues we encountered. I understand issues will happen but as stressful as moves go, this was easy one.

From the beginning, I had a good vibe. Dennis, who came to the house for an estimate, was very personable. Explained the move, and guided me very well. And got along with my 2 Shepherds! James Grant and his crew were very professional and efficient. His team works very well together. And they are fun to be around. I enjoyed my first experience with hiring professional movers. I would use ALL MY SONS Moving & Storage again, and I would highly recommend them.

I was very anxious about moving my furniture since I had never hired professionals before. John and Anthony arrived on time, secured every piece, and transported it all safely. I recently worked with All My Sons for a move from the suburbs to the city. The crew was early, extremely professional and provided solutions for every piece of furniture I moved. A move is always very stressful but the crew I worked with made me feel like they were right there with me on the journey. I really appreciated their time and special care they took with my things. I never felt rushed - it was just perfect. Thank you guys!

Good and bad things to say about our experience.I’ll start with the good: The people I spoke with setting up reservations and getting details situated were very nice and helpful. Our movers arrived in the morning within their time slot that I was told they would be there and they let me know when they were on their way. They were also a very nice team and worked efficiently.Now for the bad: while unpacking boxes marked as fragile, I had several broken coffee mugs which were wrapped up in plastic. Also had several irreplaceable pieces of nice glassware broken and those were wrapped in plastics and towels. The movers often moved up to possibly 10 boxes at a time strapped to their backs but were careless to check to see that fragile was written on the boxes. Because of the straps these fragile boxes got crushed. They also broke a bookcase that I did not see the damage of until after I removed their plastic wrap and the piece nearly collapsed on me. Price wise, I feel it was too much in the end considering I hired movers so my things wouldn’t get broken. It was far higher than I had originally estimated when first trying to find movers. I went with them because we wouldn’t have to pay fuel or tax, but their was a mileage charge that frankly seemed pretty high for a 15min drive and it was not something I was told when originally shopping for quotes. I think I would have saved more money bribing friends with beer and pizza and renting a truck and still finished in the same amount of time.I would consider really shopping around for all possible movers before booking here

Had the best team in Julio, Hanny, Anthony, and Mario with a big move for my disabled mother! Not only were they efficient -they were amazing to my disabled mother who was difficult at times! I really do appreciate All My Sons Moving for scheduling me on short notice. My only issue is with agreement and terms with management- there should be better description and awareness of gratuity that this is not included with additional hour charge or hourly rate- This was my first time handling transactions for a move and did not have the funds available for a gratuity. These guys really worked hard and really were an amazing team!

Brandon, Jeremy, Andy, Chris were very professional, fabulous, couteous, efficient and organized. They took the stress of moving. They were prompt and moved things at a rapid pace. Zero stars! liars and literally-thieves! Overpriced, 100.00 deposit was going to be “credited” to my account, when you pay at end in cash, scam! Did not give it a thought during the move, I was concentrating with what goes on truck, Then realized missing box of electronics! Just so happens to be last thing packed, as we were still using them, security camera and 2 Aleaxs, Roku Filed a complaint... offered 35.00!!! I would not recommended this company to my worst enemy!

Would definitely recommend! The crew was so courteous and hard-working. We were supposed to have a five-man crew, but one of the crew members had a family emergency, so they were down to four. They hustled all day long to make up for it, through rain and heat, treated our things with care and were very eager to follow our instructions on where things needed to go - always maintained a good-hearted sense of humor. The office staff handled the scheduling problem well and always kept us informed and happy, ensuring that the price was fair given the day-of changes and that our move still happened as quickly as possible.

We were very happy with the Dream Team. These 4 men were hard working, careful and made sure we were taken care of throughout the entire process. Our move went very smooth and they finished at a reasonable time. I would recommend Roger and his team to anyone who wants a worry free move.

From the moment they arrived (totally on time, by the way).....they said their goal was to take the stress off of me....and they entirely succeeded. BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE!These guys moved my neighbor on a Sunday. They looked like crackheads on work release and reeked of marijuana. She actually asked them if they were high.There were 5 of them and one of her so I stopped by a couple times. She seemed Okay. At some point, she went out and left them alone. $1000.00 cash came up missing from a bank deposit bag left in the kitchen cabinet.She called the police and filed a report. Haha, they said I probably took it.You’ve been warned!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

DO NOT USE. Their driver showed up drunk to our business. The two other guys in his crew were cordial but he was not. He complained about having to move for 8 hours, he didnt have delivery information, he didnt know what he was supposed to move, and wanted to drive a forklift at our business despite being drunk. When I refused to allow him, he left. The follow up from the representative was awful. They didnt care that he was drunk, offered no apology and could care less that the crew had left us stranded for the day. Its clear theyre scraping the bottom of the employment barrel. Do not trust them to be in your home or business.

Had a GREAT moving experience with Brandon & Tormore! Those guys took so great care of my belongs. They were on time, explained the process to me in detail, they asked all the questions that would make a customer feel comfortable and trusting of someone handling their belongings.

Very positive experience with a local move. The movers were the dream team. They swooped in and worked extremely fast and efficient, while still caring well for my belongings. I was worried Movers may be motivated to work slowly to milk the clock, but that was clearly NOT the case. I was very impressed by everyone with this company.

If the office staff had been more organized this would be a 5 star review.Called and scheduled the appointment and received FIVE (5) different calls to confirm information previously provided. The person who called me the 3rd time said the file would be updated and then I got 2 more calls. The gentlemen who showed up however, MORE than made up for what the office staff was lacking. Jake, Curtis and Mikey were AMAZING. Simply amazing. They literally RAN up and down 3 flights of stairs. They were prompt, polite, respectful, and worked HARD. These men made my move a breeze! Wouldnt recommend anyone else and when we move again next year will request these 3 men return to assist me!

I used All My Sons and must say they were fantastic. They were courteous and fast working. I had a 500 pound safe that needed to be moved also and two of their guys, Sergio and Davey, moved that thing down 13 stairs by themselves. Unbelievable. They were reasonable and did a great job. Will definitely use again.

The company itself seemed great and everyone I spoke with over the phone was very helpful. Then the moving happened. We moved out of a storage unit and the movers were on-time and wanted to get the job done quickly. While I appreciated that as we were paying by the hour, they seemed rushed and focused on getting to their next job so they could complete their day early. A few of our boxes that were in tact in the storage unit were damaged, resulting in broken items. We could have dealt with that if that was the only thing, but unfortunately it wasnt. The movers said they couldnt get our couch in through the front door. They tried the side door but it was too narrow and eventually brought it in through the basement door. However thats not where we wanted it or needed it. They said they would get it up to our living room, so we had them finish the rest of the move and said wed revisit the couch in the end. Again, they were efficient in quickly getting our stuff off of the truck and into the house and overall it went smoothly. Once they were finished, they said they couldnt get the couch upstairs and that wed have to knock down a wall to do so. At this point, we were overwhelmed and everything was in the house and they were ready to leave. We told them to go. We did some measuring and are confident that the couch could fit through the front door. We called the company back and they said they would reach back out to us. We havent received a call back. Now our only couch is stuck down in the basement. I would have gladly paid for another hour to have the couch in my living room. While the movers were friendly and completed the job quickly, the couch stuck in the basement is hard to get over.

Dont bother. If the appraiser doesnt feel like coming out, they will just no show. I made the appointment for the next day and Dennis, the appraiser, called me during the work day to leave a message about how I probably didnt have enough weight to fill a truck. I couldnt call back, because I was working and he was coming at 5. Of course, he didnt show up or even call to say he wasnt coming. When I called him, he blamed me.Ridiculous.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY very unprofessional the crew they sent to move me dropped a brand new refrigerator while unloading it from their truck damaged a brand new dishwasher and scratched my dresser and offer me a 100 dollar check to walk away I repeat for your well being do not use this company for your moving needs you will be highly disappointed

John, Willy, & Brian did a great job unpacking and moving me into my new place. I have a big sofa sleeper & Willy/Brian had to carry it up 4 flights of stairs. They did not complain once! I could not have asked for a better team to work with. Thanks guys!

Great service from All My Sons! They treat you like family (good family). The moving team, Willie and Jose, really know their craft and get right to work. I am glad that I found this moving company! These guys got the move done even without access to an elevator on the move-out. They are very practical and save you money and time.

They called me to do a quote after I put in an interest form which included my zip code has me start to give the specs all to tell me they dont access my zip code any longer. thats 60619 by the way. Dont advertise as Chicago movers if you dont move all of Chicago. I can see if I was in a surrounding city/town, I am within the city limits.

I would say to use this company if you don’t care which day you move seeing as they showed up a day late. I will add that you should also use this property if you don’t care about your belongings. They damaged old furniture that has been in my family for years and it cannot be repaired. The entire company is basically comprised of a family so when you ask to speak to upper management for a regional, basically you talk to someones brother or dad or sister- i’m sure you can imagine how this goes. When I had the audacity to complain about them not showing up on the day that they were supposed to, I was talked over, shirked, and not offered any sort of apology. When they did not show up on the day they were supposed to, I was told, “we had an issue”.We had to give them a deposit and 48 hours notice if we were to change anything about the move, also included in agreement was an understanding that we did not get any sort of deposit back if we changed the day or the time that we scheduled. On the other hand, they can just not show up and then offer no sort of recompense. This company is absolutely terrible.

Manny, William, and Brian were great! Very patient and kind even though our move was larger than anticipated. I dont know how they do this day in and day out, and on top of that were incredibly positive and joking with us. We would ABSOLUTELY use this team again! Third time using All My Sons and we have had NO complaints!!!

The crew was on time and worked diligently to pack the truck. I didn’t think they were going to be able to fit all of my things. They wrap any furniture with drawers leaving the contents inside avoiding the burden of a lot of packing. The move was completed within the estimated time.EDIT:I originally posted a very long review ending in an explanation about how I concluded that my iPhone was stolen from a drawer and gave this company one star. The story was that I suspected it was stolen but also acknowledged that it could have been lost. Then after a little vigilance I saw that my data plan on the Verizon website showed that there was some activity on the phone in the evening the day of the move. This happens when someone turns the phone on and the phone begins to do things to access the internet such as checking for updates. This confirmed to me that a human being had to have been in possession of the phone leading me to conclude one of the movers had stolen it. Turns out, someone from the company found the phone on the truck thinking it was one of the crew members phone and held on to it. He was the one who turned it on and off and kept it in his desk. Once he read my review he discovered it was my phone and returned it. I cannot be more grateful and I have to say that above all else integrity is king. This world is full of unscrupulous people so to experience this kind of honesty and integrity is a breath of fresh air. The gentleman even delivered it to my home twenty minutes after he called me. Im happy and I can now say with confidence and conscience that I would indeed recommend All My Sons Movers.

We were very optimistic when we hired All My Sons to move our two bedroom apartment from one Chicago neighborhood to another. We had our bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living room all packed before they arrived and had no big appliances that needed to be transported. The guys were on time and friendly when they first arrived and two of the three were very hard working. They moved us out in about 2 hours and arrived promptly at the new address. There was a bit of awkwardness when we discussed pricing and we were told a typical tip for each man was $85-$100 per guy - a huge departure from anything we had read or been told. Suggesting a tip,unsolicited, seemed a bit rude but we moved on and arrived at our new home ready to help. After the first few trips, one of the men came in and said he was sorry but had broken our hand crafted kitchen table. He said he tripped in the truck and all four legs snapped off completely. He was mildly apologetic but said thats why you have insurance - insurance that constitutes 0.33 cents per pound per item. The three of them finished moving us in - the whole process took 4 hours. For the price, even before the tip, the service of All My Sons was not worth the money. While it would have been more strenuous to move on our own, the efficiency and care that was provided did not put our minds at ease and was a burden more than anything. Since the move, All My Sons has been incredibly difficult to deal with to get the issue of our broken table resolved. There is no online way to submit pictures/complaints/explanations and everything must be sent in by hard copy before they even consider sending someone out to asses the damage their employee caused. Overall, the company, our experience, and the lack of efficiency regarding how customer dissatisfaction is handled has been unacceptable and incredibly disappointing.

Real pros! Great teamwork! Incredibly polite and professional!We were blessed to have what I called the Jame’s Gang move us. James Grant has a hardworking team who really delivered! They put in just a tad less than a 12 hour day and came through by emptying my 2 storage units 45 mins before I would have had to pay for another month’s rent! I have had good relations with the office staff and the estimator is following through by coming back for the cardboard next week!

Because of physical handicap this moving company was supposed to pack everything and put it back into our new place where it rightfully belongs. We paid over $3,000 to move two blocks. This was moving from a small two-bedroom apartment second floor to a first-floor apartment.The boxes werent even marked into what room they were going to. After delivering the boxes there was Christmas in the bedrooms there was Christmas in the living room and when they ran out of boxes they used whatever they could to pack things. They packed the toilet plunger in with my dishes. They put heavy boxes and crushed other underneath. There were broken items but the way moved us and what we were left with was totally unprofessional. After 2 months we still have boxes to go through. Because of our age it is taking us a while. The one the item I am definitely going to miss is my mothers antique lamp.

I WOUKD HAVE GIVEN THIS A NEGATIVE STAR IF IT WERE AVAILABLE.... PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE YOU CHOOSE THIS MOVING COMPANY, I set up at move with all my sons moving, I set this move up weeks in advance and put down a deposit and was assured they would be here on July 1st . I had everything packed, boxed and ready for the movers, an hour before my move time I get a call from the company saying that they would not be able to move me that day due to employees not showing up that day, now I have my whole apartment packed and have to live out of boxes, clothes, food and everything you could possibly imagine, my girlfriend and myself have disabilities, in which we cant lift to much on top of all the utilities and other arrangements that had to made, this whole mess has had me and my girlfriend so upset thinking that this is our new start to something great but instead it turned into a nightmare, your promise is only as good as your word and your employees, which neither seem to be a priority at the is company, if you want to try your luck on doing business with this company hoping there employees can get out of bed ( a quote from the person I spoke with) I wish you nothing but the best of luck, I would not chance having my moving company not showing up and left with an apartment full of boxes and paying rent for two places, again good luck, I hope nothing but the best for you . And on top of that we both took the week off work to make the move easy and stress free, its just bad busines all the the way around. Great job all my sons, NOT

I used All My Sons Moving & Storage for an in house move today. From the first phone call to the move itself, everyone was professional, courteous, friendly and very careful with all our belongings. The men worked hard, and made sure everything was the way I wanted it. There was a narrow staircase and large pieces of furniture and they did not damage a thing! They are well priced in the market and strive to maintain their good reputation. In our case they did just that.

All My Sons is an excellent moving company. I have used Two Men and a Truck before which was a terrible experience. Robert and Andrew were quick, efficient, cordial, and professional. Plus, they came on time ready to work. They moved my mom in 2 1/2 hours and went beyond expectations packing things up for us. I will definitely use this moving company again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable moving company.

The team was great. They were very careful with our items and took great care in wrapping and delivering. They were efficient and patient with the cluttered space we were moving from. Really couldnt have asked for a better moving team.

All of my family members and I have always used Two Men and a Truck with never any issues. Until I decided to use All My Sons I was given a better quote, told it would be a stress free experience with X amount of yrs in the business. It was a HEADACHE! I was quoted by email 1 price later on told they cant honor it, it was a mistake. I clearly instructed several times it has to be an afternoon move 2:00 the earliest I can get out of work, their response was No Problem. The movers arrived at 11:00 realizing I was schedule for 2:00 they left, the movers said I was their last pickup for the day. Anthony from All My Sons call at 11:20 and said he has 3 great guys ready to move me now cant wait till 2:00 like our original agreement or else hes rescheduling me a different day SERIOUSLY I had no option but to accommodate THEM leaving work even earlier then schedule with No Pay, there was 4 guys not 3 I have no idea if the 4th man even work for the company, they broke my bed frame, chip my shelf. We will never use All My Sons again

You recently moved my mother and we could not have been happier. The three guys that came, Roger, Joe and Dave were great. They really helped put my mom at ease. They were quick, careful and kept her laughing.thank you so much. We would absolutely recommend you!

Rodger and his team were great! They were polite, effiecent and prompt. They wrapped everything well, cared for our furniture and were patient as we put felt on the bottom of stuff for our new homes hardwood floors. Best of all they finished early and under the estimate! Recommend for anyone!

TERRIBLE Experience! Nearly every piece of furniture they moved into my house was damaged. No idea how this much damage was even possible, and the customer service team has very little interest in correcting the situation. I called during the move and was told they would email me a claims form and was then hung up on; found out later they leave at 5, guess he couldnt be bothered with a customer issue at 4:45...

All My Sons Moving & Storage helped my company with a move this January in record time! The staff was excellent to work with, had positive attitudes as well as a strong work ethic. The Managers were quick to follow up with us and ensure we were happy with the service, which was a nice touch. Great moving company all around, I would highly recommend!

We used All My Sons Moving about 4 years ago and had a wonderful experience. Prompt, efficient, careful, professional, etc. We decided to hire them again for our big move 300 miles away. This experience was very different. When they showed up, they complained that we had too much stuff and that the estimate given was completely wrong. They said they would not able to get it all to our destination before the time limit for the day. This was VERY stressful. I called the company to talk about this, and received less than acceptable customer service. They sent a couple of men out to help about 2 hours later. We were supposed to meet two of the workers in the morning at 9:00 am to unload. There was no confusion about the plan. They showed up at 12:45 after numerous calls to the owner and the local office. No one was able to locate them. The movers explained that they were on Chicago time and that their phone was acting up. They had the address and there was no excuse for that tardiness. It put us a half a day behind. This is a lot when you have to start work the very next day and had childcare planned for moving day. I was not offered any sort of discount or even a genuine apology for this inconvenience. We paid very good money for their service and was disappointed in what we received. I am not sure what changed between our first experience with All My Sons, but it was NOT the same. I will NOT be recommending them to our friends and family in the future.

The team arrived right on time, and even with me surprising them with a China cabinet that needed to be packed, they kept to the original time frame. All throughout, every member of the team that moved me was not only professional and efficient, but friendly and personable. They arent the cheapest movers on the market, true, but they are worth every cent, and will be my go to for all of my future moving needs.

My movers were amazing. They were friendly, hard- working and efficient. The price was reasonable too. The failing for me was with the dispatch department. After countless confirmation emails and phone calls they somehow set up my appointment for someone named Dave. Where did Dave come from? My mover changed up the records for me immediately and apologized for their error but I just felt less valued as a customer seeing that there were countless communications. Really, the small things like peoples names matter.

My experience working with Michael Doyle who came out personally to give an estimate of my daughters move out of state. He was so helpful with his suggestions and gave us an estimate to use right away. He was available by phone for all of our questions. My daughters move has been postponed and then cancelled and is now TBD. Michael has been gracious with all the changes we made. I will update this post with the details of our move when I have them

The experience was bad from onset. I only kept going with this company because I needed to move on a Sunday when I will get more help from family and friends. It started with the estimator. This guy was abrupt unfriendly and condescending. He told me thats how it is when I tried to negotiate his $975:00 bill. Then he just left and I had to call the company to complain and renegotiate. The moving was cancelled on Sunday and had to be done the next day. The driver came with one other person as two men movers that I paid for but did very little. The other guy did most of the work with my nephew basically. I had to join in at a time or I would have had to pay for extra time. Of then the driver not the hard working partner asked for gratuity as if its part of the bill.

3 movers came. Robert Jr. And Brian where exceptional! They busted their butts. Robert Sr. who was the leader of the group as soon as they came wanted to state that he would take care of everything and do great job and if I would take care of them meaning tipping them to make sure they are being taken care of gratuity wise. Robert Sr complained the entire time But the move and when I asked him things where going? He replied its work! No kidding. I will say I gave $300 IN GRATUITY to be split amongst them. This was not a good experience.

We had a good experience booking with them and the men were in and out!! They only down side is they did drop a couple of pieces of our furniture and dented them. Luckily we are still able to use the pieces.All together they moved fast and were in and out. They were a great help.

I worked for AMS as a driver got about 7 months. Pretty much everyone there does a good job, but I have to say if you want the very best. Request Roger and the dream team. I worked with everyone there and Roger is the best hands down. He is extremely hard working, and gets along good with customers. So if you are looking to move I recommend using AMS and request Roger.

This is the 2nd time we have used All My Sons. Very pleasant both times and different franchises. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. I had no problems and it was a stress free event. They are professionals from the office to the movers. Well worth the expense.

This was my first time moving out of the house and the two movers they sent me were very professional and carefull with my belongings. One of the movers ( the one with tattoos everywhere ) has over 10 years of moving experience and it shows. I would recomend this company if you’re looking for an easy move .

The move went as planned. They were even able to get my couch through the narrow hallway and around a sharp corner. This was no easy task as my brother and I went through hell to get it in the apartment. Would definitely use them again.

Do not book with this company!! I wish zero stars was an option. I booked with All My Sons for Sunday the 3rd and and they said they would be there between 8-10am. They also took $100 out of my account to ensure the move 100%. They called me at 9:30 and said no one showed up for their shift and they couldn’t make it and proceeded to hang up on me when I got upset about it and wanted answers. No joke. I obviously cancelled it all together instead of rescheduling because I don’t want dishonest, unreliable people who don’t show up for their shift, in my home messing with all my belongings.

Worst ever moving company I have come in contact with. The workers were completely clueless. the estimator completely underestimated what was needed for my move. they broke my furniture and all lied about it. I have never seen a more unprofessional company. It is surprising they still find clients.
