My first time here. The pedicure was good and the technician was also friendly and experienced. The place is clean. The one thing that I can no longer stand is the tipping part. I will NOT tip unless you work in the food industry, and I hope that changes soon. I decided to stop tipping when I found out how much these people actually make. Definitely more than my office job. And guess what? No one tips me at my job. Stop asking loudly for the tip. You will NOT embarrass me and I will loudly say NO. I don’t owe you anything. I paid for the service. In addition, I don’t understand all these businesses crying because they were hurt by covid. Well maybe you should be grateful that you still have customers supporting you. Every single one of us was affected by Covid.

I’m always happy with my results here! It’s clean, fresh, relaxing, and all the nail techs are nice. What I love about this place is that they only do natural nails and they don’t use those electric nail drills that weaken your natural nail to take off gel nail polish off. I have very sensitive skin and they are very gentle. This is my go-to nail place!

Despite the excellent mani pedi service, I will no longer patronize J&J based on my principle of transparency, ethics and consumer respect.Beware of last-minute bait and switch pricing at this shop.As a new customer, a called J&J twice, during a two-week period, prior to my first appointment. Both times to confirm the service’s pricing.Only to find out upon cashing out that the service’s price had increased 10%. When asked about the unexpected price hike, the shop’s owner curtly responded that there had been ‘…a price increase 6 weeks ago….’. I paid it.Not right, not fair. All told, to be honest, it’s really not about the money, I could care less about that. Rather, it’s about the proper, correct and honest treatment of new patrons.Don’t let this happen to you.

Best pedicure Ive ever had. She took her time and was thorough with every step, not rushing and really taking care to do a nice job. Ultimately relaxing and I have pretty painted toes as a result.

I called an hour advance for appointment, I was told to come at 10:30. Once I arrived I was told I didn’t make an appointment because they didn’t take my name down (Which they never asked if such) very rude and misunderstanding.

Never been happier with a nail salon! Literally have tried nearly every one in a 15 mile radius. My nails have never looked better, staff is great, price is fair, color selection is top notch. They actually want what’s best for the health and longevity of your nail/service.

I was very happy with the job they did until for the FIRST time ever in my life, I ended up with not one, but TWO ingrown toe nails. Both on my big toes. This has resulted in discomfort and doctor appointments. I’m currently on antibiotics and soaking it twice a day, if it doesn’t go away, I will need a procedure. Never coming back here.

Very friendly, extremely clean, a great value. They always do a fantastic job, pedicures look beautiful for 2+ weeks! My mom has very thin skin and they take excellent care of her feet...her nails are never trimmed too short and there is never any bleeding. WONDERFUL - Highly recommend!

This is the best nail salon that Ive gone to in Bolingbrook. It is a little pricey. I got a no chip mani and upgraded to a parafin wax pedi for $70. I liked the fact that they only do natural nails, only real nails so you dont have to smell all the chemicals. The salon is clean, quiet and tranquil. The techs were very professional and did a great job. The only negatives are that I wish the massage on the legs and hands were longer, I was not given the shoulder massage, maybe because I was in a hurry to pick up my son, and my tech was a little rough. I also wished that there was more hot parafin wax in the bag when they did my pedi. Overall I was pleased and will definitely go back.

I called to schedule an appointment, also ask if she does Christmas designs and how much. I was told $10 for a polish and $5 for 2 nails to be designed. I specifically took a pic in since it was apart of our daughters Christmas gift. I showed thr tec, even left it open for her.Unfortunately, they CANNOT. I was not happy and neither is our daughter. When I paid it was more than she told me on the phone originally. Its the old bait and switch. We will not be going there again.

Walked into nail salon for a no-chip mani. Unfortunately lady informed me that due to the fact i had acrylic nails on she would be unable to help me. I am aware this salon specializes in natural nails, however I just needed them removed.

First time customer, staff is great, elegant and clean place and they do very neat job, their nail polishes are really good quality .
