I called L&S today after the village’s snowplow trucks pushed a pile of snow at the end of my driveway...L&S were professional, polite, very responsive, and they did excellent work.! I’m beyond satisfied

Scheduled an appointment with Jesus for landscape design project at 2:00pm. Called at 2:30 when no one had showed up yet. Left a voicemail for Jesus. Called again at 3:10 when I still hadnt heard anything. Finally spoke with Jesus who said no one showed? No, and no one called. Was told they dont have my number. Then why didnt they contact you and you contact me? Told him I dont conduct business like that and he said ok, then theres nothing more to do and hung up. VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! Thankfully they werent awarded the project.

Thanks for a few years of excellent regular weekly lawn maintenance as well as spring and fall cleanup.
