Awesome staff decent machines

Clean and nice place to get laundry done. The workers were kind and pleasant.

New Laundry has been an interesting laundromat for me. The main reason why my family and I ever go there is because our washing machine or dryer breaks and needs to get repaired. This year, I met an attendant. This laundry attendant was not just anyone. This is a man who is one of the nicest individuals and workers I have ever met. His name is Nathan. Nathan absolutely loves his job, and I can tell with the way he interacts with his customers. The other employees who work there barely say two words to the customers. Additionally, there is garbage laying around on the floor, and the garbage cans always need to be emptied. But not Nathan. He speaks to everybody, and he makes sure that the place is kept clean. Going to the laundromat is not one of my favorites errands to make in the world, but Nathan makes it a better experience due to his upbeat, delightful personality. He is the reason why I am giving New Laundry four stars.

Horrible service- no where in the laundry facilities is it posted that the last load you can wash is at 8:30 pm.Location closes at 10pm CST. Lady onsite very rude and refused to allow me to access or us 4 washers. Apparently because she doesn’t want to clean after 8:30. Well please change your hours of operation. Google says 5am-10pm, your window says 5am-10:30pm, however nothing is listed about no use of washers at 8:30pm. Very rude and unpleasant.

Its fine. Old laundromat with old equipment. Busy at times.

Clean machines not overly priced

My family and I have been going here since i could remember. We always come here b/c the washing machines wash the best. But, everything always breaks down here, there are always leaks somewhere. It’s a pretty broken down place. But what most of all annoys me, is that the workers here do not have any respect for human life and cannot wear a simple face mask during a global pandemic. Even though it is the law.

Took my laundry to be cleaned from the week prior. After receiving my clothes back they have been folded however after smelling my clothes they smell just like the tank I worked in all week. No laundry detergent was used. Ive used them before and had a decent experience, but they are no longer going to be use by me.

Cost about 12 dollars to wash and dry one load. But the dryers worked well. And everything seemed fairly clean.

No hot water. Selected hot water on multiple machines only cold water came out. I reported this and was told to just be patient it will get hot...... none of my washes got hot. They dont care.

Vending machine for soaps ate my quarters, staff does not have key to verify slot was empty... They do however sell small convenience sized detergents without a vending machine and staff has been helpful, restroom definitely could be redone, has big TVs and plenty of carts but lacking in the seating department. Usually has been pretty busy decent value prices on machines although they could use some maintenance... Cleaned regularly yet clerk seemed to spend a lot of time on cleaning the floor without regards to the other areas like walls and such which seemed to have the same marks on them from previous visits... Seen better laundry places but have also seen worse at least this one has staffing that is there regularly to help. Since they have staff there they could definitely consider selling some goods from behind their counter other than laundry supplies catering to their demographic they could probably stock and sell some Mexican style goodies that you usually do not find in the vending machines.

MACHINE STEAL.. you have to make sure you count every quarter!!!!!!!!!!!!! You cannot trust machines, you cannot trust people

This place is horrible the man that works here followed me around as. If there was something to steal. Then he sat on the side of me and fell asleep. During this time I used the machine to get fabric softener it did not give it to me I asked for my dollar back or the same item which he had behind the counter he proceed to tell me I should have asked him to use the machine and did not want to give me my item he took his time to get up and then threw the softener at me . The whole time there was a off duty officer there documenting the whole thing even took pictures of him sleeping.

Looks old and the old man in there makes me feel uncomfortable

Dirty, no signs on broke machines, tenant/worker doesnt understand much English. I will never go here again!

Its just a laundromat, nothing special. Bathroom never has hand soap, gross. Most washers smell moldy. Youre supposed to leave the door open so the machines will dry smh. Man at night is rude if you come in at 10:30...which is last wash.

The machines are old but the facility is clean and the staff is nice. Vending machines for laundry, snacks and beverages.

Machines are the most expensive I’ve seen. Spent over $25 to do 2 1/2 loads. Won’t be coming back

Is a good place and close to home

I wasted my money on the dispenser for buying dryer sheets because it didn’t work but there was not sign on it saying other wise and when I told the attendant they said they knew it was broken but would not refund me and they never did put a sign up even after me telling them.The older man that works there is very rude.

Washers sometimes stop working in middle of loads and you have to wash your load again.
