This was one company that I tried while looking for regular twice a month service for a house just under 2000 square feet. The women who came were polite and did explain their policies. They did give me a follow up call. When I asked if we could bargain on price if I bought their heavy duty cleaning every six months, I did not get a response. Its not wrong to ask. It isnt good business practice not to reply. The other problem I had with them was having maids arrive mid way with no introduction. Clearly they came from another site and came to help finish up....but the no introduction showed me that I was likely to get a different team whenever they wished and my decision on that was not even considered. Maybe they are having growing business pains, but I would not use them for my home. They did not do a BAD job, but their business practices just left me uneasy. Probably they are better for larger homes, without pets, and businesses.
