Ive used this company several times, and theyve been phenomenal every single time. Prompt, courteous and friendly, they put me at ease and make me feel like family.. Highly recommend!

Found on a google search, owner was very empathetic and knowledgeable about our need for transportation to and from the doctors office. One of their drivers, Mark F., was extremely accommodating and very personable. He clearly enjoys his job and enjoys conversation his riders. It was a great relief to know that the most difficult part of a doctor visit, transportation, was taken care of by a competent, caring company.

My husband and I were very, very happy with the service that was provided by disabled on the go. If I could give a better rating than 5, I would! Traveling with a disabled husband is very challenging. Pick up, drop and returning trip was on time and stress free. Mark and Mark were friendly and helpful. Had a wonderful experience with Mark, taking my wheelchair-bound father out to his first dinner with the family since he became immobile. Mark was prompt, friendly, and helped door to door. He was available on a Sunday evening, which we didnt expect to be able to find in the suburbs. The MV-1 vehicle was great too, Dad enjoyed getting to ride shotgun. Well definitely use this company again.

If I could give this zero stars i would except for mark the driver not owner. First my mother made two appointments for two different days. She called to confirm and they said that one day was confirmed and the other was not on their books. She was also confirming that they would stay with her at her doctor appointment she said that was not in the book but then ok I see it now. The day of the appointment we r waiting no car called they sent mark to pick her up at our lady of angels nursing home where she does not reside thankfully mark got to our house on time and she made her appointment. Then the women who makes the appointments called 5 days later to confirm an appointment we did not have and proceeded to tell me that they will not wait with her at her appointment. It clearly states on their website that there is a $40.00 charge per hour if you want them to wait such as for doctor appointments. Clearly your company can give a damn about the handicap and elderly we have since hired a nursing student to help with doctor appointments and r very happy.
