Everyone from Phoenix was wonderful to work with. They came out immediately after the storm and assessed the damage and made a temporary fix to my roof to make sure I wouldn’t receive any more water inside. They worked great with my insurance company and helped me every step of the way. Their workers were so polite and professional. I couldn’t have found nicer workers than theirs. The quality of work was wonderful. I would highly recommend them!

1- Overall they seem like nice folks.2- Work was good- dont get me wrong3- Biggest disappointment was it seemed like corners were being cut to do work approved by my insurance carrier as cheap as possible so their profits would be as large as possible. I only asked that work approved by insurance co. be done- not asking for more at all...but dont cheat me with less. At the end I was given credit for work not done, so all washed out, but not sure why I had to manage this like an accountant.4- Last big disappointment was that they just use sub-contractors for everything and communication with all parties messy as they dont use employed staff. Then, after the work was done, I was satisfied with finished product, I find out they stiffed that sub-contractor. He did not get paid by them for work that I was actually happy with the outcome. Regardless of what the dispute might have been between the company and their sub- I was happy with the finished product- all done by the sub-contractor. That is shady and not good! So, the business got paid what was due for work done, but then sub-contractor got nothing. Not ethical. NOT GOOD.

I personally cant say enough nice things about Phoenix Restoration. As a local insurance agent in the Chicago-land area for 20 years I can confidently say that Phoenix Restoration and my rep, Jack Honey, have exceeded our expectations for myself personally as well as my customers. Its difficult to find a company these days that you can put 100% of your trust in and I am so glad I found this outfit. Not only do they do an A++ job but their communication skills are exceptional. Lifes uncertainties can make our lives challenging. When my basement flooded for the 3rd time this year I knew exactly who to call. Even when I was out of town they found a way to make sure that my house was going to be okay and gave me the peace of mind that I needed to continue to enjoy my vacation. Most recently I used them to treat mold in our attic and I couldnt have been happier with the way the project turned out. Had a pipe burst in my office during the -60 deg temps during the polar vortex. I got to the office at 8:45 and saw the water squiring out of the walls. My lower level was flooded, floors, walls and ceiling ruined. Phoenix was there within 15 min. They shut off the water and immediately started the clean up process. Made quick work out of a really bad situation. Phoenix handled the reconstruction as well. top notch job.

We had water damage on the day after Christmas from a sump pump failing. I was at wits end knowing it was a Holiday weekend thinking no one would come out. I found Phoenix Restoration and called the toll free # and was able to talk to someone right away. They were out the same day pulling up baseboard & getting fans on the area to dry it out ASAP. Both my husband & myself were so very pleased with how professional they all were and how they were willing to help us through this nightmare. They did need to do other work, replacing baseboard & carpeting and from start to finish we could not have asked for better cooperation. We would definitely use Phoenix again if the occasion arises. They made a bad situation a lot less stressful. Thanks guys!!!!
