The great experience starts from the moment I walk in. The ladies at the reception desk are so kind and helpful, they always greet me so nicely and help me understand the cost and my insurance policy.I know that no one likes going in to see the dentist, but for thanks to Dr. Singh I never miss an appointment because she makes the experience as pleasant as she can be.But this last visit the dental assistant was the greatest. If I didn’t understand Dr. Singh she would try to explain things differently so that I would understand. She was so helpful and kind, it made my entire experience a 10/10. Thank you to everyone who works here, you all do a fantastic job!

I love Bolingbrook Dental. The staff is extremely helpful and goes out of their way for their patients. I bring both of my children here as well. I love they have an in house orthodontist. We have been patients for 15 years and now make the 20+ minute commute to continue being their patients. Highly recommend!

Really like the service at this location. Front desk receptionist & check out so friendly & helpful. My 15 yr old always compliments their service and likes that the dentist talks to HIM about his visit instead of addressing me. Thanks to the entire staff!!❤️

The staff here are so friendly. I switched dentists because I moved but am glad I came back. The care was great. The girls at the front were friendly and so nice and the assistants for the dentist awesome. The dentist was so detailed definitely will recommend.

BDC did a great job in scheduling me in. Appreciated the reminders and the follow up. Upon arrival, happy to find all COVID safety precautions in place. Staff was very attentive and my appointment went as planned. Dr. was very knowledgeable and provide me with reasonable options for my situation. I would greatly recommend BCD for dental care.

The front desk people were very nice and the dentists were very nice made my sons comfortable while getting their teeth done. I definitely will recommend them.

I didnt ever know that I could smile in public because of how my teeth looked like, until I met DR. SEETH, a female dentist in Bolingbrook near Walmart, DR. SEETH, she is awesome, her staff members are nice, especifically the receptionists because of Dr.s beautiful work done, a colleague has been driving 45mins to this Dr. to fix her teeth. Thanks so much Dr. SEETH and your entire staff.

Awful! Took my 2 year old for his very first dentist appointment. He was scared of course... and so instead of comforting him the doctor and nurses held him down and pried his mouth open as he was screaming terrified. I will NEVER recommend this place! The doctor was completely rude and acted so frustrated with my son. My 2 YEAR OLD!!!! Ive since found urban dental care in Woodridge for him and he now loves the dentist. Every dentist I have talked to about this has said that is completely not ok the way they treated my kid. Please do not bring your children here.

Everyone here is so kind and nice, they really do have a nice atmosphere. They care for your well being and make sure to make time for you and for when you’re available.

My kids have been coming to Bolingbrook dental care for quite some time now. Today, 11-8-17 the whole family came to the office this afternoon for both of my children yearly cleaning, and again had a great experience! One reviewer said that they were treated bad because they had medicaid. We have medicaid and we have NEVER been treated inferior or poorly because we have this insurance. The staff has been very nice and polite to us all this years. Erica was the person that saw one of my daughters and she was great! polite and very friendly. Doctor Isra Hamad, D.D.S was so sweet and great as well. Though is far from our home, we will continue coming to see them. I highly recommend them.

Terrible customer service. I was a new patient, brought my records because I had been examined recently by my previous provider. I recently moved to Bolingbrook so I needed to transfer my service.Came in with my records, Dr. wanted to take a look at my teeth anyway, long story short, I had to end up paying them because my insurance would not cover their charge since the exam was performed less than 2 months ago (which I told them). Called when I received the bill, they answered in less than 2 minutes, asked to speak to a manager and call was disconnected. Called back and spoke to the “Manager” after I saw that she was not trying to offer any alternative or work with an obviously upset patient, I advised that I would pay their $55.00 but they would lose my business (my copay would have been more than 300.00 plus what my insurance would pay for the procedure I needed) and all she had to say was “ok” in a very nonchalant way. Called back to pay and get the “Managers” name and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. If I could give them zero starts I would but no option for that.Spoke to a family member who went to their office years ago and had a similar experience. I sure wish I had spoken to them before I went to this joke of dental clinic. If you want to get ripped off, this is the place for you.

This place is ridiculous and rude. They only want money. I had an emergency family matter when my child was rushed to the ER so i did call and let them know. They told me that if i couldn’t make it then I’d have to continue to call back to see if i can get an appointment for the same day as i was not allowed to make an appointment at a later date. I had recently missed due to my disabled children being ill and they said it was no excuse i always called in to report changes or issuesThis place isn’t about customer services

From front desk to all other staff my kids and I are always treated with care. Even with fluoride on their teeth (which they hate!) my kids always come out smiling. Thank you!

Total waste of Time! Unprofessional; Poor Customer service. My kids needed dental Exams for the up coming school year so I went ahead and scheduled theyre appointment on my day off & before this school year ended. I Drove 90mins. To the appointment and the Dentist could not see them because he/she was running behind. They should of said they could not fit them in when I spoke to the receptionist over the ph. & stressed that it was a drive for us instead we lost 3hrs of our day. The nerve to ask me to reschedule. Um no!!! Poor Customer service

My son had a procedure yesterday and the dentist and staff were extremely child friendly. Which is something I really look for. I was in the next room and could hear the dentist and her assistant talk very carefully to my 10 year old. They explained everything they were doing to him, which helped him relax and not to be scared. I also had an appt, and ended up needing a lot work (Ive had jaw discomfort, sensitive gums, some eating issues). After completing the exam, the dentist explained in great detail all the problems I had, followed by the options available. We were going to schedule future appts for the procedures, but her next appt canceled and the dentist asked if I wanted to start that day. Which I took the opportunity. I was there longer than I had originally planned (had not anticipated a procedure) but Im glad I am half way done. The dentist and her assistant were both very kind and made me feel as comfortable as one could possibly feel under the drill. LOL.We had an early afternoon appt and only waited about 10 minutes before they called us in. They started immediately after I sat down.Ive read some bad reviews and I am really confused because this place is very clean and I cant say enough on how extremely friendly everyone is.

The office was busy this morning but the staff and doctors/hygienists are friendly as always. Regular cleaning appointment and X-rays, all went well.
