Abraham in the geek squad was amazing! He tried his best went above and beyond to assist us. Our phone was locked and he could’ve just sent us to apple to get it resolved but he took his time and called apple to schedule us an appointment. He was very patient with us.
Great price on the food however I heard great things about this place when I got my order it wasnt that great.

Have been dealing with a bad car installation. Since May. The store never picks up the phone. Went to the store was told to contact customer service a month later customer service is giving me the run around telling me go back to the store. Again no one answers the phone. Emailed the President of the geek squad and technology. No response. Ive never dealt with a worse company who does not care. Chat has me go through a bunch a questions then tells me because I didnt buy it it was a gift they had to talk to my mom. Never really responded to her and now cant find her conversation. Really.

Terrible service. Took it for almost a week and left my pc there as well as charging me $100 up front. Confirming that they could fix it I left it there with geek squad, then they call me saying there’s nothing they could do and they don’t even know what the cause of it could be. Will not be using geek squad for any future technical help, hire more knowledgeable staff.
