The old elderly guy with glasses cant even greet their customers when ringing them up. He shouldnt have a job if he cant do anything simple

We went in just to see how the new place looked and we saw a soft serve ice cream. We asked one of the employees how much it costs and he told us the price and said it was really good and that we should try it, no charge. I decided to just buy the soft serve and when we got to the register he gave us the ice cream for free. He was such a nice guy all the employees smiled and especially the guy that gave us the soft serve. I dont usually care about gas stations but this one was the first time I was really amazed by the service we got. I wish I knew his name. And I will definitely go to this gas station from now on just for the employees.

As other people have wrote, they installed a new car wash here and it is a nightmare to work with (Not to mention the store manager is a lunatic). The turn into the wash, for starters, is way too sharp and there is nothing tell you how far to pull forward until it is too late and then the entire wash malfunctions causing you to get stuck. The store manager cares nothing about the safe operation of the car wash or her customers and is focused entirely on ensuring you that she is right and you are wrong.She told me there is no issue because I did the right thing by holding down the brakes to stop myself from crashing through the end door...then late told me she isnt responsible for any damage to my car because it was my decision to hold the brakes down when I shouldnt have.Glass half full....there are hundreds of other gas stations and car washes for me to use and avoid this psycho lady who manages this location.Stay away!

They built a new car wash here. Definitely still needs more improvement. Got the $7 one and all it did was clean my hood and the top of my car. Also got stuck mid car wash and had to put it in drive. Total waste. Go somewhere else.

I go to this gas station quite regularly because is near my home. I usually stop by one or twice a week usually in the evening after work and I have noticed that the restrooms are always closed. A couple of times but all the time is not right it seems like they are doing it on purpose just not to clean it. Very inconvenient for someone that is coming from work and needs to stop for gas before going home. I KEEP REPORTING THIS ISSUE AND NOTHING GETS DONE...HOW COME? IT IS VERY INCONVENIENT THAT WE ARE NOT ABLE TO USE THE BATHROOM. I REPORTED THIS TWO MONTHS AGO AND EVERYTIME I COME HERE AT AROUND 9 0CLOCK THEY ALWAYS HAVE THE BATHROOM CLOSED. 08/21/2019

Purchase 2 $30 10 million Bonanza lottery tickets & 1 $20 100X ticket with 4 twenty dollar bills. As luck would have it won $100 on one of the 10 million tickets and $30 dollars on the other ticket plus won $100 on the 100X ticket. When I went to cash them, Thomas the very.Rude nite manager told me he was / could only give me $100 unless I bought more tickets. To make matters worse he paid me in 5 dollar bills instead of the twenty’s I gave him. He said Circle K’s policy was to only pay out $100 on lottery winnings? I’ve been going to this Shell station for years! Thomas has no business being a manager he has no people skills! Have a call into the Illinois Lottery to file a complaint regarding this policy too.

One of the employees there was rude and impaitent. When I went inside, he asked if I was trying to buy some food, I replied yes. He told me to get the pizza, which wasnt what I was going for originaly, but I did so that I wouldnt cause any problems. I couldnt understand him at first, but his attitude made me want to leave. When I went to the register to pay for the food, they told me that I can get another slice of pizza for free. I guess it was buy 1, get 1 free, but I didnt see any sign or anything else around the store annoucing that. I took the free slice anyway after I paid for my one slice. While I was paying for the food, he told me to hurry up because I was holding up the line, which wasnt true because there were only two people that came up right behind me just as soon as I paid for the food. Bottom line, the employee there was rude and I do not want to get involved with him again.

Have tried multiple times reaching them by phone to get current fuel prices and they never answer their phone! Must not need the business. Going to Speedway up the street. Poor customer service!

After going through the car wash, the side trim on my car was missing, employee stated come back when they take parts out of the wash. Next day i was shown an area on the side of the wash with many parts, licenses, etc just sitting there. Report was filed using their form. No response, returned to talk to manager, not available. If you dont want your car whole, this is the wash to goto.

Thier car wash destroyed the side of our car. It the took 2 days for their insurance to approve the claim.

Cant use restroom with in store purchased items. Only with gas purchase. 👎👎👎👎👎
