The Manheim Arena has a lovely staff and a beautiful establishment. The staff have always been so great to me and they will answer any questions that you may have. Everything is well organized and cleanly. If you need help with anything there are many people there who know what they are talking about and are happy to do so. There are tons of cars here to choose from.
Im just up here for work... Came from KC to help with all their hail units. What a mess. Everyone here is pretty cool though. All the higher-ups are really chill, as is the rest of the team.
One of the best auto auctions I have ever attended. Lots of cars and the sale is run very efficiently. Excellent customer service and everyone there is very helpful. From the general manager to the maintenance man, everyone has a great attitude and is there to help their dealers buy and sell cars.
This is one of the better car auctions i have visited. They actually took time to show me where my cars were . Very nice people. Most car auctions tell me my cars are out there, and they are pointing to a parking lot with thousand of cars. So when so.eone actually takes their time to show me i really appreciate it!!!!
I love being paid for driving cars I WOULD NEVER OWN.I will LEASE them
Car auction do not believe it is open to public. For anyone dropping cars off your experience will be determined by who is working. Some employees are clearly extremely lazy or dont have a clue what they are doing. Others are incredible and will have you in and out
Yall already know what it is if you look at the cars and you got a dealers license then you must be at the spot right along with me they have everything from noon to old to using and from brand new the people on the intercom speak very fluently very, very quiet youre looking for a quick buy go to any other where everybody finds your name be careful dont buy from a no-name
All the ladies behind the desk inside are phemomenal, and very educated in regards to their jobs. That being said, the individuals in the security shack are completley incompetemt & ignorant to the concept of customer service. They assume everyone hiing thriygh the gates are transporters and so inturn i guess that means they should be treated as such (whatever that means) their main goal isnt securing the facility, its simply finding the easiest way to avoid accountability combined with their eagerness to get back to their seat. Cant blame them though, their manager is also quick to throw his title around as means of offering resolution (his idea of a resolution) ultimatley they need to remember all they do is open and close a gate, not difficult; and so their lack of ability to accomplish that simple task in an efficient and respectful manner is mind boggling and can only suggest theyre either being trained in this manner or that maheims ego is transferable.
Awesome staff! Huge selection. Everything you need in one spot. Also their mobile app and online account manager is absolutely awesome they do all the work for u.
Good customer service. The personnel is very friendly and ready to help you.
We’ve bought many cars through this manheim. For the most part the service and fees are adequate. Until today, we never had an issue removing the vehicles from the security gate and never had an issue with them accepting our checks. We paid for a tow truck to pick up a car that had already been paid for and had a gate pass ready to be removed from the lot. To our misfortune, the security gate would not allow the car to be removed. The tow truck driver made his way to the front office right before closing time to get an explanation and the office manager gave him an excuse we’ve never heard of before. You’d think that after being a loyal customer of manheim and it’s many locations, they’d attemp to reimburse us for the loss we took for a system error on their part. The office manager was not willing to make an exception and showed no sign of remorse. We’d understand if the problem was on our end, but it just definitely was not.Note, we had already picked up two cars prior to this problem, that were all bought on the same day. We had no issues removing those.
There are many negative reviews but I do buisness with them and they give me excellent customer service. On the phone or in person they are always nice, professional and do what they can to help me and answer my questions.
We have been doing business with Manheim Arena for many years, and just wanted to provide a quick feedback as, they are most helpful and courteous! All of the employees are nice and professional, Chris Angelino goes above and beyond to satisfy their clients needs! Thank you!Ogden Lincoln of Westmont
Great prices. Shady dealers. Great staff. Arbitration department is abysmal.
So, in only approx the last 3 months, I have experienced the following LARGE problems/lack of attention to detail:A. I paid for a vehicle in cash, 16k. Received a paid in full receipt, and gate pass to remove the vehicle. Title was mailed to me a short time later, maybe about a week. Of course the gate pass would not have been issued, and the title would not have been mailed HAD THE VEHICLE NOT BEEN PAID IN FULL. Theres no way around that with Manheim. So approx 2.5-3 weeks after paying for the car, I received a call from that location, get this: asking when I was going to pay for that car!!!! Flabbergasted, I said I already had, had picked it up, and received title already - two things which would have NEVER happened if the car hadnt been paid for!! I was told theyd do some research and get back to me shortly. Irritating but I wasnt worried. A few hours later theyre calling back. I am told Sorry, we have NO record of your payment, and DO NOT BELIEVE this car has been paid for. Pay the original balance plus late fees immediately, or bring the car back to us! Its clearly an error that a gate pass was issued and title was mailed. WOW ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? So pay twice for the same car, or give it back and let them keep 16k? Get the F out of here!!! I found my paid cash receipt for that VIN, marched it into a location, and got that cleared right up - though I never received an apology or even an excuse as to what may have happened on their end with regard to the error/oversight. What a great (lousy!!!!) computer system they have.....B. One car I purchased, while I made sure to review the vehicle summary page - where it shows sale date, VIN, miles, the seller, CR score, link to Autocheck and Carfax reports, etc, then the SALVAGE-YES OR NO line, being clearly notated as *NO*, then after purchase receiving a Salvage Title instead of a Clear Title!!! Titles are non-negotiable in all 50 states, meaning if its sold as Clear it has to actually and truly be clear. So after THAT phone call & subsequent research, found out the vehicle had a notation as salvage/prior theft recovery in the Separate-window-opening Seller Comments button/section at the very bottom of vehicle summary page (which nobody clicks on).... Yet I was flatly told I should have clicked on & read those comments too -- doesnt matter one bit that the MAIN summary page showed SALVAGE-NO, so its *MY* problem now. BTW: the car brought clean title money. Thats a nice little trick to offload a salvage vehicle for clean title money, right?!C. Bid on a vehicle online, on Simulcast. My bid was accepted, I was the high bidder, and couldnt bid anymore (against myself!). At least 5 full seconds passed. Right before the auction ended, the bid actually ROLLED BACK, to the company I was bidding against, and THEY won the auction -- for a lesser amount than my accepted/recorded bid!! No explanation could be offered when I raised hell to managers, GMs, and corporate. Needless to say I didnt get the car. Wow!D. Attempted to sell a vehicle. Got the lane and run number. Watching the auction as I was out of town, my car miraculously DOESNT EVEN RUN!! Wow!Im furious. And Im not going to run it 40 cars afterward, as most buyers waiting for it would have already moved on, thinking it wasnt running. Missed that opportunity! Dealers bring cars to Manheim to RUN AND SELL -- correct??? How does that occur if those cars dont EVEN RUN?? Completely ridiculous!! The explanation? We had a big problem with that this week. Lots of cars were in different lanes for some reason, and never ran. Your car that should have been in Lane 2? Yeah it was in Lane 8 - not sure why and sorry! Lets try again next week... Lol.Its laughable, truly!!!
Great to help out sister auction. Thank you for having Manheim Milwaukee in the house
I ran my 2008 Jeep srt8 Into action July,03,18 I gave AG the buyer sent it to arbitration.later that day I get a call saying its being return because the transmission is shifting to fast somthing that just doesnt make sense. this show they have mechanics that have no idea what there talking about.
Really bad auction. I purchased car and I did not checked carfax at the time of buying it. I checked carfax next day and the car has not actual mileage, someone ROLL DOWN the mileage by half. I called them and they said they dont care about carfax they do care only about autocheck. BAD AUTION STAY AWAY!
All great countries and companies fall from within. Goodbye Manheim Arena.
I visited there with my husband. He was satisfied with their service
Lots of cars to choose from and any known issues are disclosed

Great people to do business with.
At Bolingbrook Manheim Arena you can find a lot of good cars. Its kinda messy when you are looking to pick it up from the lot, but thats another story.

Real pain in the butt to get a vehicle you purchased there out. Slow staff and not very friendly.
No one wants to help
I work there. It Rocks!
Nice place to get cars
Great place to buy a car.
Best auction place to get cars
Place is closed as of Nov 1st.
Aside from high prices and the auctioneer trying to make you bid against yourself, the arbitration department is trash.
Easy access, great peoplr
This place is really big! Have to walk to find your vehicle (not allowed to drive). After finding our vehicle, it was a 0.4 mile drive to guard shack. If it rains, bring your umbrella you will need it!
