Ricky and his team provided top notch service on my Linea Mini, which included picking it up and dropping it back off at my house, performing maintenance services, and upgrading the circuit board to the new networked option. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, with regular updates via email, phone calls, and text. Its like I have a brand new machine now and the price was extremely fair and reasonable for the work performed!And on top of all that, Rickys an awesome guy who is genuinely passionate about espresso and helping his customers. My wife actually coined him Dr espresso. He even helped me discover some really great local roasters I had never heard of and helped me out with some tips for pulling better shots on my LM. Im looking forward to staying in touch with him moving forward and will unquestionably utilize (and recommend) Cafe Care, Inc. for all my espresso needs moving forward. I cant recommend Vladimir and Cafe Care highly enough. I managed (quite regretably) to drop my ECM Mechanika, causing some internal injury that I was never going to be able to address myself. Vladimir went over everything he expected to work out and how he would go about it. He updated me constantly throughout the process and was kind enough to drop the fixed machine back off at my apartment less than 48 hours after I handed it over. I am so grateful for the professional, speedy, and good-value service from Cafe Care. Strong recommendation from me for anything espresso repair related!

I cant express just how amazing these guys are! Not only are they fast and reliable, but they do a fantastic job at a reasonable price. As a start up coffee shop, we couldnt afford a brand new coffee maker, and they have kept our old machine running through all sorts of issues. When we moved and set up a new espresso machine, they helped us get it all figured out and were always available to answer questions and provide guidance when we would otherwise be in a blind panic. We brought in an absolutely demolished 4-group La Marzocco Linea. The machine is gigantic and was left in awful condition. They completely repaired it and made it fully functional. Very reasonable price and extremely professional work. Very nice shop, would not recommend taking your machine (personal or commercial) anywhere else nearby, as other places probably arent going to offer you the same service or quality.

The next morning around 8:30 am I get a message with a video. The machine is fixed and working just like the day It was purchased. Customer service is amazing. As well as returning my 15 year old Rancilio Silvia espresso machine working in like-new condition, and doing so in just over a day, he was a customer service dream. In short, Ricky and Wladimir have been a Godsend.The espresso machine in the coffee shop I manage had not been serviced more than two times in three years because the previous management didnt think it was important.
