THIS PLACE IS A SCAMI ordered a limo for months in advance -it made me pay right away which I was okay with.I never received a confirmation email, a phone call, a receipt, NOTHING! A few weeks later I emailed them asking for some sort of confirmation - absolutely no response. I messaged them on their chat website - no response. I finally am messaging them again on their live chat (nothing live about it) asking to at least cancel what I have paid for since I dont think they are going to follow through AND NOTHING!Just took $200 of my money and disappeared...

I just returned home today from visiting family on the east coast. All I can say is the experience of using RideCar Limousine has been exceptional. From booking my round-trip on line, to the driver(Steve) showing up early to pick me up to being at the airport to do the return trip home everything was done in a professional manner. My days of parking in airport parking garages are over!!!!!!

Fraud!!!!!!!! Wish I had the last review from 9 months ago. Attempted to cancel my reservation right away within their stated cancellation policy of 24 hrs.There is no chat service and when you call the customer service number you get redirected to leave a message at another #!!!!!! The email address for customer service is non existent! The business owner’s reply to last posted review is a complete lie. Working with my credit card company to dispute.

Great experience after a long flight. Driver was waiting with a sign showing our name even though we were early. Vehicle clean and spacious and the drive into downtown Chicago was safe. Think our drivers name was Sam and he was very informative and friendly.

Booked limo service for my brides bridal party to get to hair and makeup. Driver was 40 minutes late causing us to move appointments the day of the wedding. Turned out he went to the drop off location first. Manager called me to say he had my card number wrong for the booking and tried to use that as the reason for the driver being late, even though this was already 10 mins after pickup time. Was told Id get some of the cost refunded for the trouble - never happened. I saw the good reviews here and opted to use them. Overall, the experience I had was terrible, wouldve been better off giving $500 to a homeless guy for piggy back rides.Edit after owner response: Saw the notice on reply way late cleaning up emails. Im pretty sure I have the right company - I still get your emails with updates, same name and logo - [email protected], let me know if thats not this company. At this point, it was almost 3 years ago, so everyone is past it but my review is accurate and to play it off as me having the wrong company over a year after the review would be dishonest.

We had a very great experience with RideCar for our wedding in May! They provided a white stretch limo for our wedding party from Naperville to downtown Chicago, also we booked some shuttle and charters with RideCar Hotel Arista Naperville to Chicago Downtown. The Limousine were very clean and we enjoyed the music + lighting features in our Limo on the way downtown. All our guest liked a lot and best thin was we had our own music played from USB PORT availability also there was some complimentary drinks in the limousine as well i will definitely recommend this company if you really need some great experience.
