The cleaning was good once they finally arrived. Unfortunately they came right as the appointment window was closing and let me know I could reschedule if it wasn’t still convenient. However, after waiting 5 hours for them to show, rescheduling to another day to possibly do that again was not an option for me!!! I think they should automatically offer you something for such an inconvenience but of course most places do not. Good customer service is so hard to come by! Technicians were pleasant to interact with and the cleaning wasn’t too heavy so the finished product was nice.

The gentlemen that cleaned my carpet and sectional were very professional. They were extremely thorough and the sectional stains came out even more than I expected. This is our second time using Stanley Steamer for cleaning our cream sectional. With 3 kids, it gets dirty quickly and always has marks or water stains. The service was very thorough and got my couch looking brand new and bright again. All water stains gone! They also paid careful attention to areas around the couch to make sure the floor and walls weren’t ruined. They don’t leave without your satisfaction. Very professional!

I dont think they used the steam. once the carpets dried I still had dirty patches. the times I used SS in the past these types of dirty patches didnt survive. Ill rethink using them .SS rescheduled with me to reclean my carpets and yes, the first cleaner didnt use steam, Jonathan did. Thanks for the cleaning that was eventually done correctly.

Stanley Steemer was an amazing choice for carpet cleaning. We just closed on our house (so it was empty still) and they showed up right in the middle of the appointment window, walked through the whole house with me to check for problem areas and were able to clean 4 bedrooms, full basement and 2 staircases in less than an hour. Today we had Mark from Stanley Steamer, Bolingbrook. We had our stairs, lower level den carpet cleaned, which was badly stained from previous owner. It now looks new. Stanley Steamer came out to redo my carpet cleaning. Besides carpet cleaning initially they sold me a stain protection and odor protection my carpet was left with a chemical smell. So I called Stanley steamer said they would redo my carpet. When they were at my home I explained my issue. The gentleman said I really need the odor protection. When they were done cleaning my carpet, they told me they ran out of odor protection.They said I could buy something in a bottle. I declined.Again, I am disappointed

We had our air ducts cleaned. Caden and another technician came. They were both courteous and professional. They explained the entire process to us, and also made recommendations to help improve airflow upstairs.

The guy did a good job . What I didnt like was the change in cost when I placed the order I specifically told the girl I have a family room and 11 stairs 6 up to bedrooms . 5 stairs going down to family room. When he arrived he said that I told her 5 stairs. So charged $70.00 more. Im thinking stanley steemer didnt like the price she quoted . Rather then say she made a mistake didnt charge enough . So will tell customer she only said 5 stairs. The girl had repeated what I wanted cleaned I wonder how many other customers had same issue.

I was extremely disappointed. I felt taken advantage of and I will not be referring Stanley Steemer to any of my friends. I had scheduled to have my hardwood floors done and my kitchen ceramic floor done as well. They quoted me a price of $360 and then told me they could not do the hardwood floors because their product which strip the floors and leaves mirrors everywhere because I used Murphy oil soap. I would’ve never hired you from the beginning if I was told this and I don’t even know if this information is correct. They charge me $155 to do my ceramic kitchen floor in the foyer I was not pleased with the outcome. I feel that I deserve a refund and was highly disappointed.. Thank you for your time. Looking forward to hearing from someone soon

We had carpet cleaning and wood floors cleaning. We were given the invoice as agreed . My credit card was overcharged over what the invoice showed. My husband spoke to the company rep who told him will call us back. Never did. Tried to scam us perhaps because we are seniors. Still waited for their response. This is business fraud. Beware and don’t use this company.

Im very impressed with the job Austin provided on behalf of Stanley Steemers. The is an employee that cares about the job that he does and how the company is represented. The initial job was done poorly by another technician. I was hesitant to even ask for a redo, because the initial technician claimed that was the best it was going to get. Austin came in pre-treated very well, and even had extra spray bottles of solution to help with any stains. The stains that I was told initially couldnt come out actually came out or was made to look way better. Lastly, I can actually smell the deodorizer in which Austin put on his protective shoe covers and came back in and sprayed. This is an extra service I paid for and was not provided the first time. The initial tech should of looked at my RING doorbell that is known to record, before he cheated me out of my service. Thank you Austin Herrington for not only doing a great job, but for the professionalism that was displayed. You renewed my faith in Stanley Steemers. I will only request you for future services. Wow!! Amazing experience today with James. The phrase “above and beyond” was created to accurately describe the level of customer service James provides. I just purchased a new home and had a ton of work done to it, leaving dust and debris throughout, not to mention the dust left behind on my furniture from the movers. Enter James. James not only thoroughly cleaned my sofas and took my area rugs for cleaning offsite, but he took the time to describe each aspect, including providing recommendations for additional services in my home based on my areas of concern. I couldn’t begin to describe how blown away I was by James—not at all the experience I thought I would be having, by a long shot! If you elect to retain this company, you should ask for James. I’ve booked a few additional services thanks to him, which has in turn significantly raised the bar for my expectations with the company. Thank you Stanley Steemer! Additionally, Kenneth deferred to me for approval on the carpet cleaning as they worked to make sure that I was satisfied with the work that was being done. In the end, the carpet looked brand new after they finished with the cleaning. Excellent work!!!

I had Stanley Steemer clean the entire tile throughout the home.Pros:The crew was on time, professional and polite.Cons:I dont think this service was worth the money. My main goal was to get the grout looking much cleaner for home re-sale. I think the crew did the best job they could with the equipment they had, but I unfortunately didnt see much difference once professionally cleaned. A day after the service, I took a toothbrush and (probably harsher) cleaning solution to the cross section of tile and was able to get it a few shades cleaner with some light, quick scrubbing.This is the first negative review Ive written, but I regret spending the money on this tile cleaning based on the outcome.
