You have a very talented and extremely valuable member of H&R. Nancy is a great person to person accountant who doesnt see her clients as numbers but as people. She is very polite and professional. In todays world that is a rare combination. I will tell everyone to use her and her office. It is nice to see that level of service in todays world, reminds me of a kid and what my dad use to tell me which is stay loyal to a person who offers a great service and never go automative cause that is a persons job you are taking. Ken Stone is the best tax preparer we have ever worked with and he is the reason we come back year after year.

It took 2 1/2 hours to do my taxes, as much as the person ( and the person watching over) we nice, it was a training session! spent too much time entering items to find we are better off with the standard deduction. then, to be surprised with what you charge to do the taxes! I have NEVER paid so much. the cost should have been disclosed before we began as they knew this was the first time at HR Block. for this service and the time i spent there it should have been 1/2 the price charged. I should have just done my taxes myself!
