Came days before scheduled date and fixed cover quickly and effectively. Gina was very helpful in scheduling earlier than expected - my grandkids were thrilled.

I had an appointment scheduled for Monday May 10th for which no one showed up. I called the office around 2 PM to find out if the appointment was still on and was told by a young lady that she would call the tech and then call me back. She did not call me back. I called again just before 5PM and was told that the tech was scheduled to see me and would be there which also turned out to be a lie.My entire day was wasted as I stayed home waiting for a no show appointment. I did find another service company who was able to help me out and at the same time I decided to have the pool cover replaced. Cover Care missed out on a $4000+ order and lost me as a customer for life. Cover Care: REMOVE ME FROM YOUR MAILING LIST!
