This was the third piano mover I contacted regarding moving an upright piano. Not only was the price fair and reasonable, but the communication was top notch. From the first time I reached out, The Piano Mover kept in regular contact with me, never leaving me to wonder when the job would be done and how.The move itself was seamless and the gentlemen who did the delivery were very courteous and expedient. I would highly recommend this company if you need a piano moved!
I contacted a few piano moving service companies to get estimates, and some were just plain ridiculous! Bill was very reasonably priced, and his customer service/ communication was wonderful! He kept me updated on the arrival times for pickup/delivery and everything went so smoothly - highly recommended! Thank you!
Bill was very professional. Kept in contact with me as to when he will arrive. Was very careful with my piano and I highly recommend him.
The man who owns this company (and apparently also moves the pianos) is absolutely unhinged. He viciously cursed and screamed at his employee when they were moving a piano into my home. It got to the point where my neighbors called me to see if I needed the police. I was mortified. He also broke the piano during the move and then became angry with me when I asked him to fix it, rather than wait for *his* technician to come fix it for a separate fee.I have since been told by other piano repair/moving companies that this man has a reputation across Long Island for his unprofessional, classless, and frightening behavior. Never again.
Very Professional and On Time Response and Delivery.Thank you!!Deepak
Bill and team were professional, highly responsive, fast and efficient. He moved a baby grand piano we purchased at auction, replaced a missing leg bolt and never broke a sweat. He was a great choice!
Contacted Bill, expert piano mover, via text he was professional, courteous and efficient. He and his asst. moved our Hardman & Peck baby grand piano in a few minutes, with no stress, he utilizes the tools of the trade and has a solid work ethic. I would highly recommend Bill Rogers to move/refurbish/tune your piano and great customer service. Keep up the GREAT Work..
So glad I called Bill to move our upright piano. He was very responsive and kept us updated from start to finish. Would definitely recommend this company as they made piano moving an absolute breeze!
We recently had Bill and crew move an 80’s upright piano from our ground level garage into our basement via a tight/turning staircase. They flawlessly achieved the task without a mark on a wall or scratch on the piano all within 45min of arriving.Great customer service, fast, reliable and extremely careful with instrument/house. In my opinion they were very reasonably priced for the services delivered.Highly recommended!
We were delighted with the courteous and professional service we received from The Piano Mover. They are very professional with a fair and reasonable price. I appreciated that they stayed in contact with me throughout the entire trip. Highly recommended!
Had The Piano Movers deliver a piano to my house. They were the best. Very professional, on time and stayed in contact with me the whole time to let us know where they were and when they would arrive. Overall great experience and very reasonable. Also, used them to come back to tune the piano. Again great experience, professional and honest.
Professional, courteous, knowledgeable and very reasonably priced considering his experience and expertise. I knew my piano was safe and in good hands. I found the customer service and communication exceptional. Highly recommend.
The Piano Movers delivered my grandmother’s piano from Ronkonkoma to Pennsylvania and they were amazing! I highly recommend Bill and his guys; they were so kind, prompt, and very professional. I really appreciated that they stayed in contact with me throughout the entire trip so I never had to worry.

I normally go with the old saying if you have nothing nice to say dont say it at all but I really want to warn folks about this man. When I called him I asked if he wanted to see my house before moving my baby grand piano--he said quote I have been in the business for about 30 years I know all houses to see yours would just be more time consuming than its worth. I believed him. However when he arrived and finally saw my house he had an MAJOR attitude from the start--complaining about the stairs the design everything. Then I realized after he said this is a bigger job than I thought four times that he wanted more money--yep I was correct ! He wanted fifty more dollars. The bottom line I told him to leave. Four men brought the piano into my house--he only brought one other man--please dont waste your time with him please--I have never seen customer service like this. And the funny thing is--I was going to give him a sixty dollar tip--so more money wasnt the issue--his attitude was..
