Again, I understand customer service. Yes, you were sold out on the weekend that I wanted but I told the person that I was willing to change weekends.I was willing to go the next Sunday available, which you DID have available. Maybe you didnt review all the facts. The person just kept saying to go to the website to look at information. He DID NOT want to take the time to explain the bounce houses to me. That is why I gave 1 star. I actually called another company that was more than willing to answer my questions and booked them for the following weekend.

We were very happy with the products and services. We rented tables and chairs for our party. They were very sturdy, nice looking and high quality. The staff was very easy to work with and super helpful. I will definitely rent from them every time I have a party.

These guys are awesome, they came early and sent up the Mickey Mouse combo bouncer so the kids got some extra time to jump in the morning. The bounce house was new and cleaned as described and their staff was very accommodating. Just got off phone with this company. I wanted information on renting a bounce house for my kids birthday party. I guess I annoyed the person with too many questions. I have never rented a bounce house before so I needed information. He sounded like he was annoyed that I had questions. I guess I will using another company.

Big bounce was fairly priced and always courteous on the phone when scheduling the delivery of the dunk tank. The drivers kept in touch with me prior to the delivery and were helpful setting up the unit.

These guys are the best! If you need a bounce slide look no other place than the big bounce theory! We rented the giant slide that goes into the pool and it was so much fun, not only for the kids but for the adults too! The reservation process was super easy. David and Wes showed up on time, set it up with ease, moved the giant bench that was in the way, was polite, showed us how to use everything, and was a delight to be around. They were helpful and made it quick and painless. We will definitely look forward to renting again next summer when they get the bigger slide! Thanks guys!

We had my daughters 10th birthday party at our home in Nassau County yesterday. We rented a bounce house and the Radical Run from Big Bounce Theory, as well as some tables. What a wonderful company to work with! Abe (the owner) was a pleasure to work with and helped me figure out what I could fit on my property after asking for some measurements and photos. He even took the time to go on Google Maps to check things out. The Radical Run was such a big hit! Is is an obstacle course but you enter and exit from the same side (it loops around) and it ends in a big slide. Most obstacle courses are so long but this one fit great on my not too large property and the kids just loved it!! The inflatables were so clean. They looked brand new. Clearly these are well maintained and not coming from someones moldy garage. It was a windy day, so Abe had his guys stay at my home just in case it got too windy to be safe. They guys were were very pleasant and helpful and great to have around. He did not charge me to have them stay, just decided to do it in the name of safety. This is a very professional company and I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again.

I’m very please with the accommodating and punctuality of this company. I asked if they could come at a certain time and they were more then honorable. I believe they’re located in Bohemia and before I found them I reached out to diff company who was closer to me. They told me that they were not able to come to me because we were too far, very disappointed. So when I found out about the big bounce theory they were like “yes we travel out East” and I was so happy to hear this. With no hesitation I ordered the lawn signs that I wanted, they were beautiful and I’m definitely going to hire them again in the future. Thanks guys !

We rented the Marvel Avengers bounce house for my son’s 5th birthday out in Miller Place. This was the only company we could find that had this bounce house available; they have everything!! They had almost every themed bounce house imaginable on their website. Called and spoke to Abe, got everything booked right over the phone. Booking process was easy, staff was great, and the bounce house was brand new, as promised. Will definitely be using them again in the future.

Definitely recommend The Big Bounce Theory! We did an early Halloween celebration with just our family due to Covid. It was absolutely perfect. We had two bounce houses and they played Halloween themed music. They had a new ad-on that we did as well. It was a pumpkin show. There are three large wood pumpkins they set up and there is a projector that projects faces on the pumpkins and the pumpkins tells stories and sings songs. It is also backlit and it changes colors based on the music or story (a light show of sorts). IT WAS THE BEST PART OF THE DAY! Like many, Covid has kept our family quite isolated. Abe and his crew couldn’t be any nicer. They were very professional. They provided so much more that day than they will ever know. Thank you! ❤️

Every year my friends and family expect the biggest party of the summer. This year the big bounce theory went above and beyond any expectation. The water slide was perfect for everyone. On top of the water slide I was advised to get corn hole and ping pong tables that kept us entertained all day. The staff was amazing with the drop off and worked out a pickup time that extended the party. I definitely recommend the company to anyone looking to throw an amazing party!

Oh my god! I cannot even begin to describe how amazing my party was! Turning 50 is momentous and everything this company provided exceeded my expectations. The games were fantastic. Even though they were games from my day they were in excellent condition. They got use throughout the entire party. The photo booth was top notch with tons of fun props and a friendly attendant. The LED lighting created exactly the mood I wanted for my friends and family. The DJ kept everything upbeat. The photographer was great; seeing the pics of people enjoying themselves up on the screens was amazing. I cannot recommend The Big Bounce Theory highly enough. Working with Abe was a pleasure. You are in good hands with him and he will go to whatever lengths necessary to ensure you and your guests have a great time.

I called the number on the website and the person who answered the phone ( Gabe or Abe?) was extremely unprofessional. This sales person talked over me, directed me to the website every time I asked a simple question. When I called back with the info he asked me to look in the website. He was very rude. Amazing company to work with! We recently had a 3rd Birthday party for my son in our backyard so we called TheBigBounceTheory for a bounce house and cotton candy machine. Their prices are competitive and their staff was amazing. I received my confirmation call as promised and everything was delivered on time. The staff who came to set up and take down the bounce house were VERY professional and friendly and knew exactly what they were doing. This has not always been my experience with other companies so it was nice to see these guys took the time to set everything up right the first time. The cotton candy machine was a hit and the attendant was very friendly and great with the kids! We will definitely be calling them again for all of our future events! Thank you!

Amazing company to work with. They did a great job with our temples Purim carnival this year. They showed up on time, their staff were great, and all the games and inflatables were all new. The owner worked with us to pick out the items that would work for our space, and then put together a custom package to fit our budget. Overall we had a great experience and are looking forward to working with them again next year!

I used this company for the past 3-4 years and they were wonderful...However this year was a completely different story. My initial call was handled appropriately and I received general pricing. When I called back several days later to book, Abe was unable to take my call because he was driving the van. I completely understand this and when I was asked to call back or send an email I was happy to do so. I sent an email immediately. It was a Friday afternoon. The issue slipped my mind until the following Tuesday at 7pm and I called him again (although it was expected he would have returned my call at his convenience after the email reminder). Abe asked why was I calling him at 7pm because he wasnt in the office; but he did ask that I call him back at 9pm the same evening because then he WOULD BE in the office (My telepathic skills must not have been working properly that day). I set my phone alarm so I would not forget and called him by 9:10. He did not answer and I left another message. The following morning, I called him again. He again made me feel as if I was bothering him and he stated he was again driving the van. He said he would call me back within the hour. He obviously didnt call back, he never responded to my initial email or returned a phone call. I gave up - and then contacted other companies that were happy for my business. I was a repeat customer and a little courtesy or a simple statement that he would not be able to accommodate me this year was all that was necessary. He wasted my time, his actions left a bad taste and left me with no desire to use his company again.

Rude and Unprofessional. Pricing is high, product is standard and you can get better service elsewhere. Had a very bad experience with Abe.

Abe is the man! They setup my party perfectly and really knocked it out of the park. From bounce houses to water slides, the kids had a great time with all the cool stuff they have to offer, I would go with them again for our next party.

While I received what I order (a tent, tables, chairs, bounce house) in a timely manner, and they were up to my expectations; the customer service is lacking. The guys who came to deliver came with a chip on their shoulders; just plain out rude, getting annoyed with me and disagreeing when I told them I wanted the tent further back (it wasnt even set up yet when I told them-so no extra work for them). I understand they have delivers to make and want to keep things going, but I felt rushed and disrespected at my own house. I had to call the office to understand when the bounce house would be taken, as I didnt realize it wasnt an overnight thing. When the guy told me if it rains, Id have to call immediately for them to pick it up, I inquired if it drizzled a little, did I need to immediately call. His response was so condescending, telling me, drizzle is water falling from the sky, so yes, that would be rain and Id have to call. I just cant believe this is how they speak to and treat customers. Honestly, I would never use them again due to their service. The products are good...but being nice goes a long way!EDIT TO RESPOND TO YOUR RESPONSE: ***THANKS for your response 6 MONTHS after my post. Your speedy communication is much appreciated and I can believe most of what comes our of your mouth-or keyboard-*eye roll*. Half of what you say is true...the other half untrue...but maybe thats what happens after six months....stories change. Your defensiveness, tone, and attempt to throw me under the bus via social media is truly unprofessional- which is now why I move you from 2 stars to 1 stars. No wonder your workers acted in such a manner---their leader is such a poor role model. You are doing a wonderful job in demonstrating to future customers here how you will deal with them in case an issue arises! Extra points for the dictionary definition of rain!! Im actually offering a class on business etiquette-one of the most important of running a business. If youre not interested-anything you type from this point forward will be ignore and I hope you can take this experience and grow from it.
