Nice smaller branch friendly staff Ive never waited long for anything drive-through is always a breeze as well.

This branch is in such disarray! Lines that go out the door, customers get angry and leave. Not all tellers are available to help when there is a line! Manager and Regional Manager should be ashamed of this nonsense! My guess is none of the aforementioned will read or do anything about it. Lets see how much Capitol One really cares!

Since a lot of the area Capitol Ones are closing, this branch is absorbing a lot of the business. Very crowded...no manager in an office to speak to...any personal business has to be shouted through the Plexiglass. Long lines are now the norm. Took twenty five minutes just to get to the tele;s window. Will be looking for a new bank!
