Great experience, I came to shop in bohemia and the technicians explained my problem, turns out I had a bad ignition had to wiggle my key to get it to turn. They pulled out my ignition right on the spot and fixed the problem for a good price. Very satisfied would recommend to anyone.

Great place to go for that Down The Rabbit Hole feeling.After waiting 45 minutes for them to duplicate a low grade mailbox key, I bring it home and try it out. Doesn’t work. You go to a locksmith and spend $16.13 on ONE KEY (you read that correctly, $16.13), you expect said key to actually work. Nope. So you go back and waste another half an hour while they check every blank on the wall and tell you that they can’t duplicate your key. Ok, these things happen, albeit they usually happen before the next ice age begins, but ok. The REAL FUN starts when you want your money back and they try to tell you that they don’t issue refunds, only store credit. Hold on one minute: you sold me a key that does not fit the lock at all let alone activate the tumblers, on a lock that comes standard on the cheapest Home Depot locking home mailbox. You are a LOCKSMITH, and you failed at duplicating a key for a standard lock like you would see on any file cabinet or mailbox….and you think store credit is a reasonable solution? Try again. Don’t go to this locksmith unless you ENJOY the thought of arguing with two people for half an hour over a reasonable refund request. May be out of the way, but from now on, I’ll go to Assured Locksmith up in East Northport; that guy has never failed me once in over a decade.Your passive aggressive, unprofessional response says it all about you. First it’s EAST NORTHPORT, not Commack, and secondly, it’s within the commute. You know what they say about assuming things. Guess you ARE good at one thing: proving axioms to be true after all. You wouldn’t have gotten ANY review has you not argued with me for half an hour about trying to Welch on the refund. I’ve seen decrepit tree trunks with more professionalism….and they probably cut a better key.

I had my doubts when I went to them. I tried other places to get a key made for my Santa Fe, only to get it stuck in the ignition. They made an exact duplicate using my VIN #. They were so sure it would work, and yes, it was perfect. Thanks for your help .

I visited their office. Before starting work I asked them a few times if copying key would work in car. But they told me Itll work. Before finishing my work they took money from me, and my key is not working and they’re offering me to need programing work. Thats precarious. Im very dissapointed.

Moments before the snowstorm our deadbolt could not be disengage. We were locked in. Victor was here within 30 mins, provided options of replacement and was able to match our existing keys to the new deadbolt.I would highly suggest Victor over the local handymen whos assistance we had perviously employed to fix lock related installation and repair.

This company is the best hands down I was in a huge jam and got locked out of my dump truck while picking up material for a job site and all employees couldn’t work without me delivering material. I tried to call the “other guy” who showed up and couldnt get into the truck. I called Suffolk county locksmith in Bohemia and they showed up in 15 minutes and got into the truck no problem. They even made me a spare key for free! These guys are the best!!!

Battery died on 2011 charger so keyless entry wouldnt work. The exsisting spare key wouldnt turn the lock. AJ was the smith that arrived and had the vehichle opened within minutes. He was also able to the free the stuck lock and now the key works on the car as well. He didnt stop there, he also helped troubleshoot why the keyless wouldnt work. He tested the alternator to make sure that it was just the battery that died and not a faulty alternator. He also helped jump the vehicle to get it started again. Thank you so much AJ!

I broke a key in the ignition of a truck. After fishing it out, I brought it down to home depot who said it couldnt be done. After looking up locksmiths, I found this place. Its small, and packed full of everything youd need for securing your home and property.I asked the locksmith if it could be made, and he said yes! (Though no guarantee or refunds on broken keys). This place is great a legit local locksmith. One day I was going to take out my 1985 Monte Carlo SS when I put the key in the ignition the key wouldnt turn, after a couple of tries I finally got the key to turn, as I pulled out of my driveway I seen my neighbor in his yard and I asked him if he knew anyone that works on ignitions he recommended Suffolk County locksmith so I took a drive to their shop in Bohemia and I was kindly greeted buy a tech named Joe. I explain to Joe my problem and he suggested to cut a fresh key I asked him how are you going to cut a fresh key if my key is worn he explained that he was going to decode my key by eye and cut it to factory cuts after he did his magic we went to the car to test it and it worked flawlessly!!! I highly recommend Suffolk county locksmith they definitely got the skills to be a real locksmith
