If you need ANYTHING for your damaged phone I highly recommend iFixScreens in Bohemia. My new iPhone 12 had a damaged back screen. They not only knew exactly what they needed to do to fix it, they gave me color options, and advice on what needed to be done. Not only did they know exactly WHAT to do, they did it in a hour while my son was in karate. It was the best service I could ask for. Aaron was great explaining what was done, the possible outcomes and everything. After installing a new back, he installed a front protector and was able to recommend an amazing cover to help me from needing his services going forward. I had a very bad experience dishonest guy 1st. I went to this ifixscreens.com location and they charged me way to much money for my iphone 11 2nd. The guy Aaron told me that i was getting a Premium screen but it wasnt, that momment i thought he was a nice person thats why i decided to trusted him and decided to not make any complaint. 3rd. Sent there my wife with the same iPhone model as new customer in the same week to see if he says the same price and guess what? The same guy Aaron charged her less money than me (half of money from what he charged me). 4th. The screen he installed on my wifes phone stopped working in 1 day!!! so we decided to try another ifix location (which im not going to mention for obvious reasons), we were told that they have been getting a lot of complaints about this location 5th. Weve asked the guy on the other ifix location if he can tell us if we got the premium screen, so he opened my wifes phone in front of us and the guy show us that all the screws inside was missing (that was the reason the phone stopped working the screen got unplugged). 6th. We were told that the screen they installed on my wifes phone wasnt the famous premium screen, So we decide to open my phone too and SURPRISE! no premium screen. 7th. I almost forgot to mention that Aaron offered me a screen protector for $40 and guess what the same screen protector in the other ifix location the sell it for $20. I WOULD NEVER COME BACK TO AARON A DISHONEST PERSON + I WILL MAKE SURE TO TELL EVERYBODY THIS BAD EXPERIENCE ON THIS ESPECIFIC IFIX LOCATION.

When my phone started having issues, I started to panic. I knew that going to the Apple store would have been costly and time consuming. However, when I arrived at iFixScreens in Bohemia, I noticed that the store was very organized and clean and felt safe. The gentleman who worked with me, Aaron, took away all of my stress as he carefully explained how he could fix my phone, or there would be no charge. He reassured me that he could fix my problem, which was the fact that my ear phone speaker on my iPhone was muffled and garbled. 30 minutes later, it worked perfectly! If I could give a negative star/stars I would. Do not go there to get phone screen replaced. My daughter went they charged her $300 cash no receipt was given and two weeks later the screen that they replaced we had an issue with. The manager was not helpful and decided he would not help me because he did not like the way I was speaking to him. I explained I was very fustrated hearing from my daughter what they charged her and now they couldn’t help me based on how I spoke. The only reason I spoke with my choice of curse words was because you over charged my kid and aren’t doing the right thing by a customer. The kid working here now was willing to fix it and the manager called to speak to me and said “ he didn’t like the way I spoke”.

Called 10 minutes before closing on a holiday weekend, the owner stayed and waited for me to get there to fix my phone, it took about 10 minutes as promised. Great job on the repair

I came in here with my daughter who had shattered her screen. Not only did it take them 10 mins to replace the screen, they offered me a discount since I had told them this wasn’t our first time in the store. When we went to check out they informed us about the additional charge it was going to be for using a credit card, I was a little confused as to why since I hadn’t had to do that in the past. The manager of the store understood and apologized, as he knew I was a little annoyed he offered to put a new screen on my phone, free of charge. When he was replacing the screen he saw my case was very dirty and old, so he also gave me a very nice brand new case for free as well. I recommend them to anyone, as they are very good business people, and amazing to their customers. I will be going to them for now on

I recently had the screen replaced on my iPhone. I purchased the (high quality) screen since it came with a warranty. The screen only worked for two days. When I went back they wanted me to pay again for the repair. They said it was physical damage but there was obviously no damage to the phone.
