For the most part the experience was good. Our salesman Mike was knowledable on the car we leased and friendly. Unfortunately he neglected to tell us about $400 in additional fees we would be hit with when speaking to the finance department, even though I asked if there were any fees besides deposit first payment and plate transfer fee, even though he was asked several times.

Ray was an absolute pleasure to talk and negotiate with, especially for someone like me who was looking for their first car. He was very clear on everything, no surprises, all honesty. I was in a really bad position with my previous car, & someway somehow he was able to get me into a brand new 2021. I cannot stress this enough, if you go to Generation Kia, SEE STEVEN!!!!!!!

UPDATE: In February of 2020, my employer entered into business with Generation Kia and the dealership requested through our sales rep that I take down my honest review. How they were able to link my review (posted 5 months before we entered into business with Generation Kia) and my employment is beyond me. At the risk of dealing with backlash at work, I took down the review. Now that my employment has ended, i am thrilled to put this review back up! This disgraceful act further validates the sleazy, reprehensible actions this dealership will go to. Heed my advice, shop elsewhere.Sleazy sales tactics, unresponsive sales persons, and unprofessional dealership. I purchased a used 2015 Nissan Rogue from here in September 2018 and traded in my car as part of the agreement. There were so many red flags right off the bat, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and wrote them off as mishaps. The reason I only just got to writing this review is because I just received confirmation that my plates were returned to the DMV, almost an entire year after trading in my car! You can be sure I will be advising my network against shopping here, you truly get what you pay for at Generation Kia.

I was referred to Dwayne from my mother. This is the third car we’ve attained from him through Generation Kia in the last 6 months. The process was done in a timely manner and I feel informed and as if my best interests were protected as in conclusion I am very satisfied with my rates and also my vehicle. I can see myself returning for business with them in the future

People are great here. Love my salesman Dwayne always makes sure everything goes well with my car and never leave without him making sure i am happy with everything. Dwayne always goes the extra mile even after you buy the car
