John and his staff are Top Shelf! I don’t want to say that I’m a frequent flyer at a body shop but my family and I have been customers for about 20 years. They handle all of the phone calls and paperwork. The cars come out in showroom condition and in the shortest time possible. They also do special jobs such as this... my new tailgate....

Nothing runs, what does run isnt safe to even drive. I bought a car, it ran for a day and completely fell apart on me the two weeks after. Zero accountability. Everyone on that lot cares about one thing, your wallet and have no problem almost killing you to get it. Facts.

I had the unfortunate event of being in a car accident. I was worried about where my car was towed and where it was being stored. When I looked up JFA auto I was impressed by the reviews and decided to let them fix my vehicle than use my regular repair shop. They were very pleasant, fixed my car fast, friendly and kept me up to date along the way. I was also concerned my vehicle was going to run poorly due to the damage but I feel my vehicle runs better than before the accident! Thank you so much for your professionalism and services. Hopefully i never need my car fixed again but if I do I will choose JFA!

JFA did a GREAT job on my truck. At 60, and my 1st accident ( I wasnt even in the truck), I didnt have a clue as per the next step. I was directed to JFA by my friend/ mechanic Rich at PriceRight Transmissions. John, Jessica, and Ashlee couldnt have been more helpful, really, from the estimate to the delivery.They told me how things would go and they were right on the money. They dealt with the insurance, handled my rental, on both ends of the rental. The fix they did was outstanding, couldnt even tell, at all. On top of all that, my truck was spotless when I got it back. I couldnt believe how awesome my truck looked, inside & out. Absolute PROFESSIONALS !!!

I had a car accident on my way into work a few weeks ago and being that I just started this new job, was very unfamiliar with the area. I immediately Googled auto body shops and chose JFA based solely on their amazing reviews, and Im so glad I did. From the time I called them mere moments after my accident they were extremely helpful and I could tell they cared about my situation.I was concerned about not having my car for the Thanksgiving holiday as I had a trip booked, but they made sure that my car was done quickly enough that I didnt have to cancel my trip. Im convinced that my car looks even better than it did before my accident, and they left it absolutely spotless inside and out. To my surprise, they even refilled my wiper fluid that was low!I cant thank JFA enough for making the extremely stressful situation of having a car accident easier for me. Hopefully I wont need to use their services again, but I will definitely be recommending them to everyone I know!

Honestly the body work done on my car was great, but if you don’t want your things (at this point i’ll say it because i’ve looked everywhere to make sure i didn’t misplace it) stolen then take everything out of your car. I got my car back and my juul was missing with my car charger connected, and a vape tank I had bought for $30, everything was in my CENTER CONSOLE, when you would have to open it and go through other things in there. People don’t respect anything.

If you want to read my success story continue, if not just go to JFA and live your own success story when you use these guys.I went to 5 other shops that all had good reviews because I like to do my research before walking in the door. This place had the most comprehensive approach to helping me. This is not a large place you go into and never see the owner. The owner is there because he owns and operates. My wife went in there to get a quote on out collision damage and he was the most helpful of all 5 shops we went to. They were very honest, very helpful, very knowledgable and very very good at what they do. They got our vehicle repaired sooner because they saw we needed it soon because we have kids and no other way to transport them. They treated me like I was part of their family. Thank you JFA. I will be back if I need great work from great people.

God awful towing company takes advance of people that were just in an accident they charged me nearly $500 for my tow and the accident occurred down the street from there facility when i asked why I charged so much they pulled out a copy of new york State towing law and show me how they charge the absolute maximum for every for everything a tow company can possibly charge you for including services that didnt even apply to me, the manager is very rude and unhelpfulIf you are in an accident and a tow truck comes with the jfa logo on the side tell that driver to turn around and go back and call ANY other tow company
