Dustin was awesome! He helped me out when my truck broke down while pulling my 5th wheel. He got my trailer to a safe place and my truck to the shop I wanted 30 miles away. His positive attitude made a bad day much better.

Locked my keys in the car and insurance company said it would be 30 minutes for someone to come help me. Dustin pulled up in 3! Great service!

Sat on side the interstate for 2 hours before the driver called to tell me he is about to come from Kenner, mind you i’m in Slidell. Called the company numerous times with no answer. Will not be using Mea ever again! Terrible experience .

Took a little bit to get to me but was no problem when he arrived. Dustin didnt fool around got it up on the truck and home within about 20 min. or so. Great job will recommend and use MEA towing when ever needed.

Watched their flatbed driver barrel through a light on 190 that was out during the storm. They dont really seem all that safety conscious.

Was dispatched from my roadside assistance but when the tow driver called me he said my insurance didnt know what they were talking about and he charged me double the amount 😡 Thanks for taking advantage!Just received a call from my insurance company...they are going to reimburse the overage charged by the towing service.

The tow and set-up was great, but since I picked up my vehicle from the dealership my tow pintle is missing. So now I have to track it down

Shout out to Casey at MEA...after waiting 2 hours on I10 for another tow company who will remain nameless...TRU TOWING...oops...our insurance company called MEA and bam 25 minutes later hooked and rolling home...thanks to the great dispatcher who settled my nerves n again to Casey for his great customer service....will definitely use you guys again!

Just watched driver almost cause multiple wreck from speeding and forced merging...repeatedly.Hire safer drivers!
