I requested a quote for film for two windows in my home. I was asked to send pictures of the windows, which I did immediately. After almost a week, I had to follow up to see if they planned to quote the project. The response, gonna pass on it. Theyre not required to take my project on (though I was under the impression theyre in the business of making money), but how unprofessional not to even respond promptly, and then just pass with zero explanation. I would not use this company for any future project after this experience.

Excellent service and great product that eliminated the heat and most importantly the UV rays so my wood floors and the artwork and fabrics are now safe from sun damage
